Ordered flowers thru Teleflora and my mom says these Brittani's delivered a vibrant, elegant bouquet. It's been rough getting florist to deliver on their promises with the pandemic. Brittani's is my new go to for all my floral needs in the Detroit area.

We have ordered floral arrangements from Brittani’s shop a few times and were extremely pleased with the orders. Highly recommend this shop for all your floral needs.

Hello I just recently ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral. It was the day before the service, In their policy if ordered and paid for you will get them the same day. I thought Great... that went as plan no complaints.
To my surprise I was ordering a beautiful heart arrangement full of roses and couple of carnations and blue hydrangeas.
What I paid for and got was 6 roses and a lot of carnations. Nothing like the picture not even close and for the price. I was truly disappointed.
I love to patronize local businesses, especially black owned but when I feel I don't get what I pay

I am very disappointed with our order that we placed with Brittani's for a funeral service at the James H. Cole Funeral Home. What we ordered and what we received were so opposite from what was expected. We ordered what I thought would be a mix of green plants for the family to take home for $100. What we received was one green plant, which I think the value would be not more than $50. Someone at the funeral took a photo and sent it to us. I have learned my lesson, from now on I will request a photo before the flowers/plants leave the shop.

Thank you for saving the day! My boyfriend lives in Warren, and I currently live in New Jersey - he forgot to tell me it was his mother's birthday. I called after 9am and needed an arrangement sent to her by 12. Brittani's Flowers not only pulled it off, but created a custom beautiful arrangement that didn't break the bank. As a side note, I called another florist that couldn't meet my timeframe (Grace Harper flowers) but they kindly gave me the recommendation, kudos to them as well.
