First time I order from this store via DoorDash. I basically paid $60 for a horrible arrangement of dead flowers. I could’ve paid $20 for the same thing from Kroger and wait for 5 days before giving it to my friend and would’ve gotten to the same result. I really wanted to support a local business and send something nice to a friend.
Disappointing product is an understatement, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone

Lama’s Florist is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful… I ordered all my wedding decor from there including flowers, linen, smoke machine, drapery- it is really a one stop shop which made everything so much easier on me. I cannot recommend Lama’s florist enough- thank you for everything!! I will never go anywhere else for event decor or flowers!

I had my wedding last week and was extremely disappointed. I spent $1,500 on garbage. I wanted dark and light greenery with pops of white anemones. My aunt went to pick up the bouquets and they were pink, purple, and red roses. I was FaceTiming and said no that's not AT ALL what I wanted (we had a "Halloweenish" wedding my colors were black, green, and gold)...the employee begins to spray the flowers while they were in the bouquets which even sprayed the white anemones. I feel like if you plan to do anything different than the basic white and pink bouquet, you're doomed with

I came in really last minute, with a big request... I know that I could have picked from one of the pre-made bouquets but instead Dalal was so kind and made me a custom arrangement. Sam helped my vision for my wedding come true! Lama’s Florist did a beautiful job and I can’t thank them enough. They really are a “one stop shop”. They have everything you need to plan your wedding. Save your money and the embarrassment of a horrible gift and go somewhere else. I bought my wife a gift basket for mothers day from here. Spent 75 dollars on it. I was so embarrassed when she opened the gift basket in front of our family and friends. It was a bottle of dollar store cologne, a plastic Statue of Liberty toy, expired 4 pack of chocolates, 3 tiny tea candles, and SIX packs of sticker mustaches. Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday via a third party retailer. Lama's Florist was in charge of preparing and delivering the flowers, but delivered to the wrong address. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Your flowers will die within a DAY!!!! this was my second time buying here and I gave them another shot after my roses that I spent over $100 died in ONE DAY!!! with water and the food there is something seriously wrong when every time you buy flowers they die in a day, went back and bought over $70 of orchids for my mothers birthday they died within two days!!! Roses don't even bloom they wither and die within a day. This place is a scam. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEIR FLOWERS !!!!!

I had been in contact for a couple of weeks through email. I finally went in to discuss the details of my event and they gave me until the end of the day to decide if I wanted to put down my deposit and they would reserve everything for me. After going over the options with my fiancé, I called that evening to put down my deposit on what I wanted for the event and I was told they would call me back that night or the next day since they were with a customer. When they didn't call, I called the store again and they had already rented out what I wanted to someone else. I was so disappointed.

This week has been a rolercoaster of emotions.My good friend lost her 13y/o son to SUDDEN PNEUMONIA IN 3 DAYS! ZENA was swamped, I came last minute because I had remebered her flowershop! She was kind, respectful and. did I mention super busy!? She created a baseball flower sculpture red and white ..It was Perfect! They delivered ! This is what customer service IS.

Lama Flowers is the absolute best investment we could have made for our wedding. First of all, they took care of everything from our stage, to the chairs and linens, to our floral arrangements IN ADDITION to our dance floor, fog machine and cold sparks for our dance. Not only are they extremely organized, incredibly creative, unbelievably talented, but they also made working with them very easy. They communicated with our wedding hall and set up everything well in advance. They helped us make a lot of right decisions and did their best to meet our budget.

Stunning! Lamas did the flowers, chairs and drapery for my daughter and son in laws wedding this past weekend at Fox Hills Golf and Country Club. It was amazingly beautiful. They went way over the top adding things to complete their special day that they didn't even pay for. The wedding pergola was gorgeous and the table arrangements were just stunning. The extra surprise of the ivy and flowers over the large doors was over the top. We are still in awe and thank you!

I've been coming here for years and honestly I've never had a bad experience, recently we needed flower work done and we came to Lama's Florist they really did an awesome job with our flowers, they were easy to work with and had great ideas. The prices were great and the whole staff was really good to me the flowers were really high quality and they worked with my budget from A to Z I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone in need of design work as they did a amazing job for my family and i!!!

I ordered flowers of all kind from here and they all were fresh and lasted longer than usual and were put in perfect designs
Also valentines day is always super busy here but they do a great job at making sure you impress your significant other during that special time

My husband ordered flowers through FTD and they were prepared by Lama's.
Once received, I realized most of the flowers looked past their prime already. The prettiest thing about my arrangement was the vase... and that's not okay. The petals on the roses were curling and the white alstroemeria were already browning. Total, the roses lasted two days before slumping over (they didn't even open/bloom).
FTD refunded my husband. I'd never order flowers from Lama's based on this experience.
