H.F. Lenz Company has been designing reliable, energy efficient, flexible, and easily maintainable HVAC systems for over six decades. We incorporate energy-conserving technologies in all of our HVAC designs. This includes specifying high-efficiency boilers and chillers, variable speed pumping and fan systems, water-side free cooling, and using heat recovery systems and thermal storage systems.
Our Fire Protection and Life Safety Engineers design state-of-the-art fire protection systems to protect our client's property as well as to help guard against loss of life. These systems include fire suppression and fire alarm designs based on an analysis of applicable codes in the jurisdiction in which the project is located and the type of asset to be protected.
All of a building's systems and functions depend upon a reliable, efficient, safe, and flexible electrical infrastructure. Our Electrical Engineers and Designers have a broad knowledge of normal and emergency power systems based on a wide variety of experience in many types of buildings, including both new construction and renovation projects.
Our Communications Engineering services include the planning and design of structured cabling systems for data, voice, and video for all types of buildings. Because we have no affinity or biased relationship with any service or equipment vendor our Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) can offer vendor-neutral solutions based on the client's overall requirements-not just on one set of recommendations.
