I requested HTM to remove 1700 Christmas wreaths from the Punchbowl and specified that it had to be done on tge day of the request. Although it was expensive, I was completely sarisfied with their service. They even cleaned up the areavwhere the wreaths were placed. I would use them again, however I would schedule the service ahead of time.

Like a car rental; take photos of the bin you receive and take photos before it's pickup !!! HTM will charges insane prices, $700 sq ft for bin damage; this means dents, holes and scratches.
Plus, invoices are due immediately or a 1% fee will accrue (daily??)

I was in search of junk removal services, and hit up these guys for a quote. Kai came on-site to take pictures of the items to be removed, and the next day I received a quote for the job, which came in less than the other quotes I had received. Upon acceptance, my service date was confirmed. Payment was required prior to the date of service.
The truck and two employees arrived a few minutes early and they were ready to go. The job was difficult, but they got it done in 3 hours. They were courteous and efficient.

Our nonprofit organization is down sizing so hired HTM Junk Removal to dispose of old furniture and office equipment. They were very professional, arrived on time, worked very hard, and gave us a great price! When they were done we gave them some money to buy themselves lunch. We will defenitely hire HTM again!

A word of CAUTION - HTM Contractor-Roll off bin/dumpster division
Make sure you read their contract! It boggles my mind that a company that states this on their website, "Our GOAL is to make sure we will communicate with our customers and provide the roll-off bin you need for your project...is a success". What they do not tell you is that although the price of the rental is for 10 days, you have to call them to pick up the bin or you will be charged a late fee for every day over those 10 days. I can't understand why a company wouldn't tell customers this up front. I'm hoping

I just had them remove several Arica Palm trees and two tall trees that were over 15 ft tall and did it with no problem. Staff were polite and careful since they had to drag it through my town home and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company excellent service mahalo for doing a good job!
