I'm a pediatric and family focused chiropractor in North Branch, MN. I have a vision for this community where kids are healthy, families are happy and together we are working towards a better more beautiful version of health - TrueNorth. Restorative care is where you'll start as a new patient. The purpose of restorative care is to bring your body back to its healthy and functioning state of being. We offer reduced rates for each additional family member which can make the cost per visit as low as $33!

A healthy, natural pregnancy isn't exactly defined by a lack of "problems" or "conditions." A healthy pregnancy also isn't luck. I have been going to TrueNorth since I was close to 20 weeks pregnant. I was in a lot of pain, my back hurt and I had every pregnancy symptom one could have. Since going I’ve seen a huge adjustment on my back pain, I’ve gain a ton of knowledge on how much being out of alignment can affect your everyday life and how I can keep my family healthier. Dr.Katie is 10/10 and I now have less worry about delivery my baby knowing I’ll be aligned correctly for her arrival.

My son had a pretty intense side preference when it came to turning his head (first photo is how he would always lay, awake or not, only keeping his head to the side like that), he was very stiff and refused to… turn his head to the right, or even keep it straight for that matter. We aren’t even finished with his treatment plan yet and we are seeing HUGE improvement! (Second photo) Not with just that either, he is less gassy and his latch has even since improved. Dr. Katie is so kind and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve been working with Dr. Kali for the last few months. Early on in my pregnancy I had a lot of pain. Since starting my treatments with TrueNorth my level of pain has dramatically decreased. Dr. Kali is wonderful, knowledgeable and makes me feel confident that I’m getting great care as I continue in my pregnancy. All staff that I’ve encountered at TrueNorth have been so friendly, I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Katie is always a delight to visit. Whenever my mom announces we are going to the chiropractor or says out appointment is soon my sister and I immediately go “aw yeah!” We love being adjusted and always feel better afterwards. The personalities of every employees are so genuine and super compassionate. They really do care about your personal well being, along side your health. They remember small details and spend time getting to know you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing! I've been bringing my kids there for almost 2 years. It started with my twin boys having chronic ear infections and strep throat. I was sick of spending one night a week at urgent care and a week after week of antibiotics. I looked into chiropractic care and came across NorthStone. Over the last 2 years, I've seen a… definite decrease in sickness among my 3 kids, which has been a life saver for this mom :) I even get adjusted! We really wanted to get into routine care and be local so it was easier for us!! So glad We found Katie! She is fantastic with my son and kids in general!! We are hoping with my sons adjustments it will help with his reflux and his immunity since he was born a preemie! She has helped me get back to regular care after my pregnancy and I feel so much better!! Highly recommend for families in the area!

Dr. Katie was the key to unlocking my son. Emotionally and behaviorally. My 3rd baby is BY FAR my happiest and I know it is because of the adjustments. During my pregnancy, I was adjusted and she was able to get my baby to flip from breech at least 3 times!! And my chronic low back pain was nonexistent.

At 10.5 months old my son, Archer, was not taking steps or even attempting to stand (even with help), he had very little motor skills, couldn't wave or do any other such imitating, and made no attempt to pull himself up. Sitting up was with great effort and he could only do it for a minute or so at a time. Anytime I tried to get him to stand, he did so on his tip toes. He could only roll and roll and roll. He was also a tiny little guy at just over 14 pounds.

Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing!! My kids love being adjusted. My son use to getting chronic ear infections and was recommended to get his third set of tubes. My gut told me to give chiropractic a try. Dr. Katie was compassionate educational and very understanding at our first visit. Fast forward 6 months later we were able to avoid surgery. Yay!!! One grateful mom. We currently have two beautiful healthy kids that mildly get sick, as all children do, but their immune system tends to fight it off within a day and ear infection free. I would highly recommend Dr. Katie!!!

Northstone Chiropractic has helped my 7 year old daughter stop bedwetting at night...she has been dry for 3 weeks in a row now due to Dr.Katie's adjustments. My frozen shoulders are getting better as well and my 9 year old son has not had strep throat yet this season. We are all very happy and becoming well adjusted!

Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing! I finally decided to try the chiropractor after a friend had told me how great she was with kids. Since November, 2015, we had 6 ear infections and 9 rounds of strep between 2 of my kids. After the last ear infection, I decided enough water enough, and I was sick of going to the dr, only to be back a week or 2 later (not to mention the crazy amount of antibiotics my kids were given).
Fast forward just over 2 months and we've been ear infection and strep throat free! I can't thank Dr. Katie enough for what she's done for not only my kids, but myself. I highly recommend

Northstone Family Chiropractic is amazing. Dr. Katie and staff always greet you with a welcoming smile. You really feel well cared for and appreciated there, not just a number. Dr. Katie has really helped with my overall health in ways I didn't even know chiropractics could help with! I sleep better, I have more energy, and I haven't had any sinus infections this winter like I had in the past!
