Best Homes Property Management does a screening on all applicants. We do all advertising on vacant units at no cost to the owners. We collect rents on a monthly basis and provide an itemized spread sheet on a monthly basis as well as disperse funds to owners.
Owners are contacted for any cosmetic issues concerning their property: however, we reserve the right to take care of any electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioner or any emergency immediately.In all circumstances, we process all service orders for general maintenance and repairs for our property owner's unit without a mark-up for such service.

We do have a basic no pet policy, excluding service or therapeutic animals, with a qualified health care professional's prescription or companion animal defined as elderly tenants need and it is their ONLY companion. First to look and apply. 2 weeks of waiting. Called them was told we had the house it just neeedd inspected and they would call us monday to let us know if it passed and when we could move in. Started packing over the weekend and they called us and told us they gave it somebody else. Royally pissed. Do not suggest.
