As owner I assume the duties of a CEO and COO. I am responsible for establishing our brand and installing the framework for how our company operates.

An great basement bathroom, laundry room, or media room starts with what's behind the walls. We would like to provide you with an estimate to install an egress window for your basement. An egress window isn't required for a finished basement. However, if you are going to have a bedroom in your finished basement, and egress window is required as a means of escape from a house fire.
Interior painting is the quickest and least expensive way to update your home's decor. Change colors, repair wall or trim damage, or remove wallpaper. We can help you achieve the look you are going for. We are happy to do it all. Start with one room or do the whole house! A finished basement project is the most cost effective way to add usable square footage to your house, all at a fraction of the cost of an addition. A basement is a blank slate. Whether you want a space for the kids, a home office, a work out area, game room or anything else you can think of we will design a layout that meets your needs.

A: Lets stick with new construction here (a home about 1-20 years old), since many factors can add to the cost of finishing a basement in an older home. A good rule of thumb is that it will cost around $30/sq.ft. Adding a bathroom or high end entertainment features will add to that price. A bargain price considering building costs for new construction and additions cost around $125/sq.ft.

We hired Ryan for finishing up our basement. He was professional, offered a great price, and helped us design. When something was not the way we liked it, he never batted an eye and was always super communicative. His timeline was accurate, along with cost and we really enjoyed working with him. He will be the only contractor in my house going forward.

We have hired Sean McManamon on several occasions. Every time both the process and finished product exceeded our expectations. For years, we wanted to paint our great room with cathedral ceilings that open up to the entire front of the house. We could just never visualize how to do it. Sean gave us many great suggestions and helped us visualize the final project. His attention to every detail and integrity are flawless. We will most certainly hire him in the future for any painting needs.
