As someone who needs oxygen, I find the "Process," of getting an appointment more than frustrating. Someone could die waiting for the "Process," to finalize. The lack of concern for my well-being is not something that I find ethical in a doctor's office, as well. Do your Senators understand the lack of care that Vermont residents are being subjected to? NEVER in ANY state, have I had such SLOW service in getting an appointment, not to mention, I came complete with my own medical records on CD's. Do they think I made them up, as they declined to use them? No sense of care in Wells River. But what

I tried to get an appointment for my daughter at both the Bradford and the Wells River clinic and was continually put on hold, transferred to the other clinic and told she could only see her primary doctor who was out of town until April!!This office has been on a steady decline since 2000!! Their customer service is atrocious! Time to find another health care provider! 20+ years of loyalty means nothing!
