Services
John and Vickie Kreider are from the local area, grew up in Norwich, Hanover, Lebanon and Woodstock. CarePro was established in 2006 to serve the local region within an hour of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. We are committed to providing customized, outstanding support for our clients who want to age gracefully in their home environment.
Our Nursing Staff, is available for home visits and will assist in assessing any medical issues. They will coordinate with you Primary Care Physician to provide excellent healthcare. Home Health Caregivers are supervised by our Registered Nurses. They work under their direction to provide safe, reliable and professional Home health Care.
Companionship denotes the lack of personal care services needed. Put simply it is having someone who acts as a personal assistant! You may not be in need of Home Health Aide (HHA) services because you are basically independent. You may just need a little extra help with the basics of life but are still able to handle your own ADL's (Activities of Daily Living; personal care, etc).
Hospice care is a type of care and philosophy of care that focuses on the palliation of a chronically ill, terminally ill or seriously ill patient's pain and symptoms, and attending to their emotional and spiritual needs. CarePro works with the various Hospice Agencies in the Upper Valley/Lake Sunapee and Dartmouth region to provide home healthcare for individuals as they make this journey.
This enables an individual to have services provided at home to facilitate the best individualized care possible! No facility can provide one on one care, it is normally one on 12 or 15 care and that is not optimal for individuals to thrive.
