Services
Your recall exam will take about 45-60 minutes. Each exam includes a detailed teeth cleaning, in which we will clean, polish, and rinse your teeth to remove any tartar and plaque that have built up on the tooth's surface. Visiting our office every six months gives you the chance to talk to Dr. Pastore about any questions you may have about your oral health.
I grew up in Upland, CA and have lived and studied in SoCal my entire life. My wife Jessica and I have two sons: Michael and Frank "William". Jessica is a licensed special needs educator and enjoys substitute teaching when time permits. After I finished dental school and completed dental residency, we decided to move to the Menifee area to make a new start and begin our family.

I have appreciated everything about Dr. Pastore's office. Last April I chipped my front tooth 4 days before my daughter's wedding brunch. They were able to get me an appointment to fix my tooth within a few days. I am an Orange County transplant and was looking for a good dentist in the Menifee area. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional and friendly. As a cash patient I feel the charges have been reasonable. Shout out to Ben, great dental hygienist, Tracy, reception/front office and Dr. Pastore for making it easy to find a wonderful new dental office.

I am happy to write this review giving my highest recommendation for Dr. Pastore and his staff. I originally found Dr. Pastore for my husband who has a big aversion to going to the dentist. He has been going to see Dr. Pastore for the past few months and he raves to me about him, how professional, caring, and patient-first oriented he and his staff are. I went for a cleaning today (Ray did my cleaning - He is awesome!) and I agree wholeheartedly. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this dentist for all your needs! They are honest with what you need done and completely make you feel comfortable. I have been to other dentists in the area and they have tried charging me for a bunch of procedures they thought I needed, but Dentist Frank Pastore assured me I didn't need that & exactly how to care for my teeth. Benjamin thoroughly cleaned & polished my teeth and left them spotless and tartar free! My teeth look soo good! Finally. An honest dentist and staff!! Since I moved to Menifee I have a literally tried four or five dentists and they have all been horrible. They are money hungry sharks that don't give a damn about your teeth. They just want your money. And what is it with there being three or four different people coming into the room to tell you what you need done and how much it's going to cost? I hadn't been to a dentist in decades out of fear. My daughter recommended Dr. Pastore when I was forced to face my fears after I cracked a tooth. I was very surprised to (1) not get lectured (2) get all of my questions answered in a caring, non-judgemental atmosphere, (3) have the dental plan laid out in an easy to understand process over time.
I have since had one tooth extracted, a root canal, 3 crowns, and still working on my teeth. All of the appointments have been pleasant, pain-free, and the entire staff is super nice!! The prices are very reasonable.

I am not a patient there (they're out of network for my insurance), but Elise was so wonderful to talk to on the phone. So helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain and answer all of my questions, gave me multiple insurance examples that would financially help me in the future, recommended specific other dentists to help my search. I always enjoy going to Dr Pastore's because EVERYONE in the office is so friendly, kind and enjoyable. They have a very relaxing vibe and are skilled and efficient. Dr Pastore does a wonderful job and will quickly and painlessly fix dental problems, answer all questions and educate patients in preventative measures. My husband and I found Dr. Pastore after a quick Google search. We had not had a dentist in over a year since we moved to Menifee. After looking through his website and seeing it was a family owned business we felt comfortable setting up an appointment. Dr. Pastore and his staff were very welcoming and efficient. They managed to take care of my husbands emergency tooth problem and get his issues taken care of quickly. They accept Care Credit which was a plus for us as we were in-between insurances. I just moved to Menifee this summer and have had recent issues for a few of my teeth. One was an emergency and he refereed me to an Endodontist in the area who is also excellent. He recently put in a crown which was a perfect fit and looks like a real tooth! He is also very gentle and no pain was involved whatsoever. His staff is friendly, totally helpful and no bad attitudes at all. I call Dr. Pastore based on his excellent Yelp reviews and I'm so happy that he was better than the reviews. I highly

I am so happy with Dr. Pastore and his entire staff. Dr. Pastore saved a broken tooth of mine and my smile is restored! He has done a crown on me and it is truly quality work. The staff is top notch from the front office to the back. They treat you as part of the family and take care of you during your visit. Dr. Pastore is gentle and thorough and has fair prices. Dr. Pastore is amazing! Both my husband & I have not had dental work done in years, so we had some cavities that needed fillings among other specialized dental work. We have come to the office a few times in the last couple months & every time, Dr. Pastore & his team have consistently made us feel welcome & comfortable.

Dr. Pastore is the best dentist that I have ever been to. In the past my experiences with dentists were less than positive.... In fact, because of one particular experience I didn't go to the dentist for a good five years. I was that terrified.
For me Novocaine doesn't work. That's right, I can't get numb from the anesthetic. It's a genetic thing, my dad too doesn't get numb. Most dentists believe very little their patients tell them. Dr. Pastore, however, actually listens! He didn't doubt for one second about my body's way of being "awesome"
