We used to go to western dental (down the street) because that's who takes our insurance. We stayed Auth them for 5 years and hated every visit until I just had enough and found Elsinore smiles!! Thank God! They are so amazing. From scheduling, to prompt service, to customer service. They just get it right. We are rarely there for more than 45 minutes from start to finish. I take all 5 of my kids here. I wild highly recommend!!

I just had to give them a shout out for helping me out ASAP. I was treating amazing from the second I walked through the door Brenda saying good morning to Jacky Being so nice and distracting forgetting it's a dentist appointmen. Dr. Taka was excellen! he was able to explain everything very well and i understood everything. I had an overall great experience and I recommend anyone coming in for their dentist appointments

I was treated to such respect in terms of taking care of my every comfort & complete understanding of the procedure to be done. I love this dental office! I had to have deep cleanings done and they got me in right away. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding going to the dentist but they made sure I was numbed enough and were really kind about it. They dentist and hygienist I saw were both gentle which is unheard of! The staff at the front desk are so awesome and fun! Elsinore Smiles, is amazing. The staff is so friendly, they put you right at ease. Everyone you come in contact with greets you. The quick efficiency of the front office is always appreciated. The nice woman at the front desk (Brenda) talks so fast and spits out so many words so quickly it's difficult to follow her or understand what she is talking about. It's dizzying and baffling and mind blowing. I perceived she appeared to extort me by saying if I "write a bad review, you won't receive discounted rates." What discounts? Everyone at Lake Elsinore smiles are so friendly from the staff to the doctor. They made me feel really comfortable for the first time in a long time . I hate the dentist lol but they made me feel comfortable to where I actually want to go back and proceed with what I needed done. Thank you again . This was the best dental experience I have ever had. After two hours of work fixing a crown and repairing 4 fillings on one side I felt nothing and voluntarily came back the following day for similar work on the other side with the same results. The staff was kind and courteous. I will recommend them to anyone in the are looking for dental work.

When you pull up to Elsinore smiles "you can't judge a book by its cover". Don't let the building fool you. When you walk in the greeting from the receptionist make you feel very comfortable. The professionalism starts from the front desk to the back office. From the x-ray tech, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor/dentis and the building receptionist make you feel like they are there for you. I would recommend Elsinore smile to my family and friends!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, had to try 3 different dentist office to fine a doctor that cared about my case and anxiety, I got so lucky to find Dr. Puri she is awesome took the time to explain what needs to be done in case.
