I previously wrote a bad experience with this company but they negotiated a credit of $150 for the adjustment on the price they quoted me incorrectly at the time of my service so I took it down. That was mid-July and today no credit after reaching out to them several times, I received no call backs. This company is not to be trusted, the 2nd time they came was because the original lock got stuck and wasn't turning so to get another locksmith was a mission. They told me they would be at my house by 6pm but when I got home there was no locksmith so I called and they told me they would call him

Being very skeptical about Miami scams, I was hesitant in calling these guys up. But gotta say Very good customer service needed a key and got the second was at a discounted price bill came to $400. Any issues They said to call them up. Their van looked like something from fast and furious. They know what they're doing.

Best locksmith/dup key maker ever! Made me 3 keys in about 3 minutes and even did it free of charge since I just moved to the area and said if there's any problems with the keys, he'll drive out and fix it himself. 10 stars in my book! Would recommend any day! Great customer service. Made my day. :)

Lock N More answered the phone politely and the person answering had great customer service. They dispatched a technician on a short notice to change the locks on our business. The guy that came out explained the process in a professional way, the work was done right and the price was reasonable.
