Avi came out to install a new smart system with keyed entry. I had purchased two separate brands for a top and bottom and Avi was extremely knowledgeable and kind enough to educate me and my sister on how to use the smart system. I locked myself out of my condo.Called them and got a quick call back. They were here in about a half hour.I guess mine was a hard one to get into.My only solution was to get a new lock after. He made it so the key fit both my locks.It was fast and done very well.Good service. Not sure about rate, since nothing to compare to.But was worth it.

I needed to change my Medeco locks. Avi answered the phone and was very knowledgeable & helpful in guiding me through the process of replacing my locks. He had a technician call me back immediately. Sean came by to look at my locks the same day for precise measurements, & came back the next day to install it. He was very nice & finished the job in less than 20 minutes! Needed to get my fob reprogrammed and make a spare key and Avi was a hero. Within a few hours he was at my place getting it all done.
All for a portion of what the dealership was charging me.
They are mobile, so will come to you. The van pulls up. You give them the keys and they can make you a copy on the spot. The reprogramming of the key was quick as well. I had my spare key stolen and at least now that fob was inactive so they couldn't steal my car (push to start).

The owner is trying to influence me. I'll think about all options for now. Really, I'd like to give 1 star even. You can't change things that easily. My car was stolen with keys and all when the police found my car they towed it and had to find a way to get a key. Avi was super great he came after hours made me a key in 20 to 30 mins and also came to home the next day to make me a controller key and programmed it everything in less then 20 min he did an awesome job. He saved from a horrible situation he was fast and very nice and understanding very flexible. I would recommend him to anyone 👍🏼
