Five Star Limo

We used Five Star Limo to take our wedding party (18 people) from our hotel to Red Rock Canyon for the ceremony and then return to our hotel. The bus was very nice and we were able to play our own playlist. The driver was friendly and accommodating when we requested to drive down the strip on our way back to the hotel so guests could see it. I would definitely recommend for any transportation needs in Las Vegas.

Horrible experience with this company. I specifically ordered a black stretch limo as a surprise for my boyfriend. My contract specifically stated BLACK STRETCH LIMO. It also stated they would arrive at 10:55 AM in the baggage claim of the airport. They arrived at 11:30 AM (so much for my surprise right). Then they took us to another location other than baggage claim and to a white hummer limo which looked like it had been freshly in an accident and the inside was falling apart. I tried to explain to the driver and he offered no solutions. I later called the company to express my frustrations and

Not worth the money! We got the hummer H2 limo and it has seen better days for sure. The vehicle overall was in pretty bad shape. The tint was completely ruin and the air conditioning barely work which would of been nice on a hot day. Also you spend all that money and they can’t even give you real champagne glasses they only give you red solo cups which is cheap as hell. Don’t waste your money.

Great service, exceptional help with a large family , luggage and extended airport wait time. My family and I enjoyed the service and will definitely book again.

I wouldn’t recommend. The limo was hot as hell no ac Ken the driver told us not to use champagne glasses didn’t know if they were clean. He took to the sign, the liquor store and show us the jail I guess because we was black. I will never book again

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had a Vegas Tour with Daniel. He was the best. We gave been to vegas before, but it was so fun to do this limo on our first night back. It really SET THE TONE for the trip. Daniel was so accommodating and went out of his way to make sure the journey was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much. Will only book with this company.

Terrible experience. Driver (Ken I think) showed up mad at me cause we were “at the wrong door”. Proceeded to pace and question how long as we waited for a straggler. (We had a limo for two hours. How long didn’t matter) he then complained about where we wanted to go and said how about I just take you to the Las Vegas sign. Then proceeded to drop me off at the Mirage instead of treasure Island as I directed. Had to walk to the correct casino. Should’ve known when I booked the place the guy was gruph and unprofessional. Do not hire these people!

The reason I'm giving one start is that the service provided by them was not good as expected at all, first of all I paid for champagne which they provided empty bottle, they didn't gave the satisfying service at all. I've been calling them but they aren't answering, they came with a paper written my name on, they didn't help me with my luggage either. The car they came with wasn't cleaned up properly. The driver was great but the service provided by the company was horrible.

I've used this service twice! They are very professional and accommodating. I would recommend this service to anyone. Zana and Dani are awesome!!

We had a blast with this limo company this weekend! Extremely affordable pricing, very clean & nice limo, and we absolutely loved our driver. I highly recommend this company!

We booked the Hummer limo with Five Star on our recent group trip to Vegas. Unfortunately we didn't get our drivers name but she was amazing. She took time to take pictures for us before we got going and even… waited for a couple of members of our group who were 5 mins late. She got us connected to the Bluetooth to play our own music and then took us on a couple of stops that we asked for. She was a lot of fun and we wished we had booked longer than the hour. When we got dropped off at Fremont Street she gave us a bit of background on the area and offered to pick us up later that night again

We booked a limo for 3 1/2 hours in las Vegas It was really a great experience. We got an upgrade a Hummer. Thank you five star limo for a great evening

Great company I booked a party bus for after my wedding a and I guess I accidentally book 2 buses and they both showed up at my wedding they had no problem canceling the bus. I would highly recommend this company.

Rip off, rude and terrible customer service! They charge you two hours of service for a 1 hour job! Do yourselves a favor and find a more reputable company who won't rip you off!

Lynne and I checked out 5 Star Limo the other evening, for her birthday surprise, and it capped off our night completely.
Not only was Lynne totally surprised, but the service and hospitality was a PERFECT 10. To cap it off on top of a little tour up and down the Strip, before we were dropped off for dinner at her favorite restaurant, we were… served a fresh cool bottle of fine champagne!
Our driver was one of the most cordial people we have met in the business of working with folks...bravo!
