Horrible place! My bf missed out on work because it has taken three hrs to be seen from our appointment. I called the manager Brenda and she just kept making excuses that people come back with more problems then booked which makes them behind. Yes 30 minutes is acceptable but three hrs later is a bit much! I stopped going here because of this and tried to recommend my boyfriend to see if they have changed over the years. Manager was very rude and not apologetic. Find another Dr! No bed side manners or care for their patients. The front looks like they hate their lives also. If you don't like

Although it took many a phone call to get anyone to respond to my messages, I finally got hold of a lovely person called Evette. From that moment on the level of professionalism was spot on.
They helped me with vaccinations checks and did all the paperwork within 5 days. They were fully aware of all the requirements and made the process very easy.

I didn't even want to leave them one star, but i was forced to put something... so one it is. I'm am absolutely appalled by this place. My mother called to get her blood pressure medicine renewed and they are making her come in for yet another visit. With the current COVID-19 pandemic and all the closures of businesses and even doctors offices trying to limit exposures by handling most things via Phone or video chat, Dr Sobel is still making my mom come in for her prescription. I would stay far away from this place. To keep it short... POOR bedside manner from Bruce, and clearly only concerned with number of office visits and how much he can make off you than treating you. He is loud and you can clearly hear the conversations he is having with the other patient in their exam rooms!!! So much for privacy!
Also, the staff was very difficult to deal with to get prescriptions refilled and never returned phone calls. They also were terrible at transferring records to my new doctor... took way longer than it should have! Very unprofessional and clearly the other reviews agree

The wait is ridiculous, my appointment time is at 11am I came in at 10:45 filled out all the paperwork at around 11:15 (probably sooner), also I thought I would just hand them the paperwork when I go in, didn't know I have to give them back before going in, so I was waiting. At 12 (an hour after my appointment time), I was still waiting, I asked the lady in the front she said my chart is up next, but then 2 guys went in before me, by the way, she was on her phone not noticing that I was standing and waiting for her to look up. At 12:25 I couldn't stand this anymore, I told them to reschedule

My appointment was at 10:30, its is 11:30 and I left the office not having seen Dr. Larry after my hour wait. I used to love this office for the convenience of having everything available but the wait times are ridiculous. I did get my copay refunded quickly. Any suggestions for a Family Practitioner with a similar style office? I obviously need a doctor I can actually see, not hear in the adjacent rooms.

I'm a huge fan of Sobel family medicine and shocked at some of these reviews. I love that they have all services on sight- I recently was involved in an accident and suffered a concussion and some muscle soreness. I was able to get an ultrasound and an xray done with one low copay! The wait is a bit longer than some doctors as they have all of the tests there and you wait to do them, but much less time than it would have been had I had to go to two more specialists to get testing done. I was feeling chilly while waiting for the ultrasound and they even gave me a heated blanket and a water

Spoke to receptionist; Mercedes today to try to figure out details of a prescription refill issue.
Explained my reoccurring migraines will come back when my last dose wears off and was trying to get a refill. The pharmacy was closed and I submitted the request however none of this mattered to Mercedes who was highly inconvenienced I was even calling to figure out this situation. At which point I relied 'I know This might seem like I'm being difficult but I promise if you knew the amount of pain I am about to be in you would like care.' To which she did not reply. Sobel Family Medicine is hands down the worst doctors office I have ever been to, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend visiting this office, the staff literally has no people skills, they don't know how to talk to people, and their communication sucks. I don't even know how they run a business with such attitude, especially the front reception staff.
I'll never be back in this office ever again, and I will make sure to spread the word around about the terrible experience I have had with Sobel Family Medicine so others don't have to go through

We see Dr. Larry as our PCP and have for a couple years, now. The staff is all wonderful and helpful with any questions we have and go out of their way to accomodate patients. Parking is good, they have a lab, an x ray tech, PT, and Dr. Jerry is next door for spine and sports. We can even deal with Dr. Larry's gruff bedside manner because he is helpful and the office is located well for us. My concern is that Dr. Larry always runs late. ALWAYS. It doesn't matter if you are the 1st patient of the day or the last - LATE. This is not a staffing issue at all, typically. It's

If you're in no rush and have an open schedule for about two hours then this is the place for you. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment and still waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. I even asked how long the wait would be and if it were going to be longer than 40 minutes then I need to reschedule.
If only that were the end of all my waiting but NOPE, somehow waiting inside of a room for another 30 minutes just waiting for Dr. Larry. Just so that he could spend 10 minutes in a room with me. Thanks a lot for not caring about anyone's time here, it's really appreciated.

Dr. Bruce's office called my phone number and asked me to take down the yelp review I had left for his brother's practice. When I refused to take it down, I got a second follow-up within 5 minutes and they canceled my appointment and my wife's appointment we were supposed to have with Dr. Bruce today.

Avoid this office at all things possible. The staff Jessica and Trisha have horrible people skills. Sara Daly is a terrible PA. I am not sure how Midwestern let her pass through the program. I went in and DOUBLE CHECKED that I was going to do three titers but I only got results for one. I called to find out that they never did the other two. Instead of waiving a fee and having me come back in for the inconveniences for the two additional tests, I was told I need to drive over and pick up an order to go to a Sonoran Quest or make another appointment with the office and still be charged a fee for

My husband and I have been a patient with Dr. Sobel for well over 15 years! He is an absolutely wonderful Doctor and I am amazed how efficiently he runs his practice. I can always get an appointment.. very often the same day. His office staff is very thorough and friendly. I had been to numerous Doctors for may medical issues and Dr. Larry Sobel was able to diagnose my medical issues and refer me to top medical specialists that I was able to get in within days!

I have had the pleasure of going to Dr. Bruce on occasion when either not feeling good well or hurt. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in to see Dr. Bruce, I have found that I am always well cared for and the staff is amazing. I do not know what others have experienced, but I for one will see no other Dr.

I was looking up Dr. Sobel's website to send to a lady I met at Home Depot and saw these Yelp reviews.
I just had to post.
I am not sure if these negative post are just from grumpy people or what.
I will tell you our experience. We had a Doctor that we loved. Our insurance changed and we had to change Doctors. We were upset and the only thing that kept me from crying was when we realized we could go to a new Doctor and if something big came up, we would go back to our old guy and pay out of pocket. I had a friend who I had heard talk about her Doctor many times and how wonderful
