Northstar Photography is a full time Business and Portrait studio located just about 2 steps outside of Bangor on scenic outer Essex Street in Orono. This beautiful studio is a blend of contemporary art and country comfort. For over 30 years, Northstar Photography has artistically photographed the people and businesses of Eastern Maine, and New England.

In the spirit of simplicity, HeadShot sessions range between 20 and 45 minutes in length depending on session and result in a gallery of 14-30 beautifully preview images for you to choose from.My sessions are all about you and finding ways to make your session an awesome event. I'll meet with you in person or by a quick phone consultation to get a better idea about who you are, your likes and interests, and what your style is.

Graduating high school is a once in a lifetime experience and I know for a fact that you want portraits that reflect your personality and who you are at this time of your life. What's the difference between taking a snap shot and creating photography? A snapshot is a record of what the camera is pointed at while a photograph is an interpretation of what is seen, thought or felt. Photography is so much more than focusing, pressing a button and adding a filter. It's more than having a "really good camera".
