I went to this store to fix the nose pad because UK Optical is moving to a new place. One of the nose pads was missing, and I know Target Optical and UK Optical always replace the nose pads for free so I didn't ask before. It took the old guy almost 5 mins to replace the nose pads (he went inside the back rooms), and adjust many times for more than 5 mins. Finally, he said it costs 6 bucks! $4 for the nose pads, and $2 for the adjustment! The adjustment should come with nose pads without extra charges, didn't it? The UK Optical replaced the nose pads for free last year and the whole process

This guy is awesome. He's been doing this for a thousand years, and he's a student of his craft. I asked him a ton of questions, and he treated me like I was a long-time client. His assistant is really nice too. Get to this guy before he retires.
