Dr. Angela Costa started practicing optometry in Lexington in 2005, but quickly recognized that she wanted to be different, so she founded Vision thru Design in 2012. Now, she is able to combine her caring nature with her remarkable expertise for the best overall eye exam. She has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from her undergraduate studies at Centre College and University of Kentucky.
Dr. Costa has created an office that can support a wide range of exams, procedures and processes. If you have any questions, just give us a call and we'll be glad to help! During your eye exam our focus isn't only on your vision, we focus on the health of your eyes. We want to ensure that your eyes are in the best health and that you are seeing your best.

Dr. Costa and Dr. Kirkpatrick are very knowledgeable and caring. They have a great staff. I am so happy they are in West Liberty. The patients in West Liberty and surrounding counties are very fortunate to have them in the area. I know they will provide great service for many years to come.

Dr. Costa and her staff are the best! They are friendly, they genuinely care about their patients, and above all, they know what they're doing. Dr. Costa is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her exams, and she takes the time you need to address any questions or concerns you have about your eye health. She has been more effective at treating my dry eye problems than any other doctor I've seen. She correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me several treatment options; I chose medicated eye drops. At the time, they were a reasonable price, but my insurance changed and made my eye drops over

This place just makes you feel right at home. With all my decisiveness they were very patient. They answered every question I had, or found out an answer quickly! You can tell Dr. Costa loves her job, as well as her staff!!! I can’t wait to go back to pick up my glasses, and to bring my kiddos!! I would rate them a 10, but they only allot 5 stars🤗😝

Had a great experience today. I obtained a fitting for contacts. The office has a great selection of name brand frames and contacts. Friendly staff and a beautiful office. Dr. Costa is very professional as well as friendly. She listened to my requests and answered my questions. I highly recommend this office for any vision needs.
