This practice is always trying to make it as easy as possible for patrons. They have numerous ways to contact and request appointments, which is a lifesaver for an HoH person like myself. Like all veterinarians, they are short staffed right now, but still do their best to communicate and get pets seen in a timely manner. Make sure you book when they send you the reminder to and you're golden. If you wait, their calendar will fill up. Been going here for years and don't see myself ever changing

Clean place and friendly faces. However, since they are so scared of Covid, they won't let you see a vet without an appointment (which is weeks or even months out) even though your pet is on deaths door. As a result, we recently lost a good friend and family member. Rest in peace 🙏

Excellent service. They were able to see my cat on a Saturday last minute even though they aren't my vets. They were very caring and through. My cat was feeling better the next day. I highly recommend Towne and Country.

They answered all my questions on my pug puppy! They are good to work with as far as the care of your fur baby. Only downfall is covid precautions your pet goes with out you in to the hospital!

I have had negative experiences in the past here, but it was the only vet who didn't have a months long wait. My cat was coughing and I was told it was just hairballs, despite him being short haired and never having coughed up a hairball in his life. I had to wait 3 months to get into Rio Vista for a second opinion... Turns out he had bronchitis this whole time (6+ months).

Probably the worst time to try and schedule an appointment. Called for an emergency appointment and was told my cats bottom lip hanging off isn’t important enough for there appointments and told me to try again tomorrow. WHAT VET USES A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS. they are booked all the way out till January. so thank you Towne and country trash hole for making a VERY loyal customer find a new vet to help my little kitty cat. Very discussed with there lack of wanting to help emergency animals.

I adopted 2 cats and called to set up appointment before I brought them home. I was asked to drop off paperwork given to me by the SPCA so they could copy. I realized that the older cats would needed to adjust after I got home due to their circumstances.
I called to explain to the Secretary and she noted both cats were up to date with all shots and care and it was agreed to wait until they were comfortable to schedule an appointment.
I called and was informed they were taking no new patients. When I asked about the paperwork I left there they informed me they did not have it as it would have

I don't recommend taking your pet here. The Vet there is condescending and rude. They made a mistake last time my dog had his physical and they did not provide the preventative medicine for heart worm nor discuss it with me. My dog has heart worm now. They refuse to acknowledge an error was made and were very unsympathetic and unapologetic but were happy to charge me for the medicine we never received.

After Towne and Country Veterinary Hospital diagnosed my piebald dachshund to 1 month to live, she outlived them by 14 months. When it was time for Pixie Grace to cross rainbow bridge, I was met with the most inappropriate and unprofessional receptionist. After the rude receptionist discussed with a veterinarian, they explained we would have to wait until they had open appointments, leaving our dying dog to suffer. Needless to say, we went elsewhere and will be taking our other 5 rescue dogs to another veterinary hospital that treats them with respect, compassion and care. Attributes that are foreign

Veterinarians seem nice from talking to them on the phone. All the other staff I have encountered are very rude and pushy. I had my cat put to sleep and was told I had to wait in the car. Two days later a friend of mine had a dog put to sleep and not only was he told he could come in but also hold his dog!!! Absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable. We will be switching vets and never come back.
