Excellent atmosphere, food, wine and service! Manny was the best host and understand when reading reviews, to read between the lines. I'm originally from Brooklyn and I don't like to wait, but the reality is that sometimes you must. If you want fast food, go through the Wendy's Drive-Thru! Manny.... Thank you for the Black Sambuca.. It really hit the spot and also raised my blood sugar!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Just a mediocre experience after another mediocre experience. They make it on the history but no shot anyone actually believes this is a high end 4 star plus restaurant. Food is ungodly slow, service is inattentive then the make you feel like YOU'RE rushing them lol. But most important the food is so wildly mediocre. God bless them for being able to draw a crowd here and there I think just about anywhere else w this quality shuts down early and often.

We were passing through on our way back home and stopped in for Dinner. The staff was very efficient and helpful, Food was incredible, great flavors, good quantity, served hot and fresh and the entire meal was just perfect. First time ever that a restaurant acknowledge the comment on our reservation about this being an Anniversary Celebration. We were full from all the food and had ordered dessert to take back to the hotel. However the Owner and staff still came over with some ice cream with a candle, sang for us and congratulated us on our Anniversary. Thank you for a great dining experience.

I took my wife and kids to Nanni wednesday night. Omg! this place is exactly the same way it was 30 years ago, which was the last time I was there. they never redecorated the place. Its like going back in time. The place is very clean but outdated. The food is ok, nothing to go back for. Art deco to the max!!

Friendly, fun, and OLD SCHOOL Italian restaurant. If you enjoy places like Angelo's in Lyndhurst (another great spot BTW), this is your kind of place. Standout dishes include the pasta fagiole soup (among the best) and the stuffed calamari entree. Friendly, attentive owner. For its target audience, easy 4 stars.

Eggplant appetizer was delicious as well as the escargot fra diavolo. The burrata special was excellent.
Tortellini ai Quattro Formaggi was phenomenal. The tortellini was very light and airy and the four cheese sauce was outstanding.
Seafood Risotto was good.
Desserts were Scrumptious!!
Tiramisu, lava cake and Crème brûlée.

Came here for nye dinner because goodfellas in garfield closed since covid thinking it would be on the same level. It wasnt, nice atmosphere but the food was just okay and over priced for just an okay meal. Would i come back here no, My dad mentioned "i have been to many italian restaurants in my life and even the bad ones the food was always good.. this place the food...is not" also everyones dish at our table the sauce was watered down not really any thickness. If you know good italian food dont waste your time paying the price for a excellent meal and only getting okay food.

This place is truly amazing! I've had my fair share of fine italian dining and this surpasses all of them. The service is always great and the waiter's are friendly and attentive. The owner and his wife are amazing too as well as their two sons who can be found there often.
Just about every time I go I start with the burrata appetizer and every time it's better than I remember! I also recommend the baked clams, stuffed artichoke crab meat and mussels appetizers. Ah, dining al fresco... I (we actually) really think Nanni's could do a lot to make the outdoor seating a bit nicer... more appealing. Ok, it's a parking lot and I understand and sympathize with them having to serve out in the lot, but it didn't look like a lot of effort was put into making the tent and tables look nice. Been to a few other places and know even in a parking lot, it can be made to look nice.
But I'm not taking off anything for that. Times are tough enough as it is.

Wow -- We just had dinner from Nanni and it was fabulous. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted something really good and we got it!! My daughter had the tortellini bolognese which was decadent, my husband had the Pollo a Modo Nostro which was perfect and I had the Vitello saltimbocca which was the best I ever had, the veal was so thin and I sliced it with my butter knife. The chicken and the veal were served with vegetables and potato croquettes! The croquettes were such a welcome and modern twist on a nostalgic classic. We also ordered the clams casino and they were the best

WOW! This place is awesome! My wife an I started coming here the first week of December 2019 and we have been back once a week. I will not write a review unless I have multiple visits that were outstanding! I ordered the Costoleta Nanni which is a Veal Chop with Swiss cheese and procuito. Great stuff I wanted way more! My wife ordered he filet of Sole provesale special and she could not stop talking about it. The drinks where good and the service was superb! 5 stars all the way!

I was very disappointed with the service . We where seated and the sever filled our water glasses once and never returned to ask how the food was . And never filled our water glasses . I assumed salad would come with the meal . Our server never communicated with us . I ordered the veal parmigiana it was ok nothing special. My husband ordered a fish dish and he did enjoy it . I just feel for a sixty dollar dinner a small salad should be included.

This is the best place to go if you're looking for old school Italian atmosphere, exceptional food and classic music!
The food was so fresh and delicious! We ordered almost everything off the menu from clams casino,to the gnocchi and even the tiramisu! The staff was so sweet, attentive and especially accommodating.
We will definitely be going back!
