It has been recently disappointing to be a client of this salon. For all those seeking KATE, they were using her name and likeness on their website when she is no longer employed there. As a client that goes there for her specifically, you can imagine this was disappointing. Covid protocols are not followed and I repeatedly had to ask the new salon owner to place her mask back on when speaking to me. I was looking for a new nail tech so I made an appointment & let me tell you I am here to stay . My nail tech Suzy is the truth . Her shaping all the way down to polishing is amazing . If you go here with you definitely should book my girl Suzy . The staff & whole facility is beautiful . Everybody is so nice it's clean & they do amazing work .

I tried to go here a year ago and the experience wasn't pleasant so I never went back until yesterday. I moved really close to the shop so decided to give them a try. I got booked with Suzy. At first I was skeptical and wasn't so sure how I was feeling. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and we talked throughout the entire service. She did amazing work! I broke my nail on accident by being too rough and hit myself. I went in and she fixed it and was so kind about it! I would recommend Nailed and Lashed to anyone who asked and of course To book with Suzy! I will be going back

A friend and I got our pedicures done at 8pm and I noticed at around 1:50am my nail polish on my left foot was still not dry. The nail polish is coming off on my hands when I touch my feet. The service was not cheap and I’m highly disappointed with the finished touches. The young lady who did my pedicure was really nice which was the best part of a not so good experience.

I've been seeing Kate for 2 years now for gel manicures/pedicures and haven't been disappointed a single time. She has such an eye for detail and is so consistent in the quality of work she puts out. I tend to keep my nails pretty simple but she's also incredibly skilled at freehand art. There's little she can't do! I haven't had a nail break or any gel lift with regular appointments every 3 weeks. I'm fortunate to have found her and will always be a loyal client.

The security guard here just assaulted me. I was complaining to the receptionist about the situation listed below and he came at me grabbed me and pushed me. I was not being violent just voicing my concerns about their professionalism.

If you have extra money to spend Id go here if you want the best bang for your buck. They do amazing work. If you are looking for a character or a theme this is where to go! They take Very good care of their clients and the security guards protect us ladies. Its cash only so bring cash. Michelle is fantastic!! And the new owners are very interactive with their customers. I highly recommend 👌 ☺

I cannot believe I just pay $65! to get my nails filled I was unable to get into my nail lady in time to start my new job and have my nails trimmed.I decided to let them do it mind you she was very kind and did give me some free art so that way I would come back to her (good luck on that one lady) the fill/paint job is sloppy Thank God I got a neutral color so you really can't tell much she was very ruff and in a rush. After my tragic prior incident, I emailed management about what had happened and they reached out to me to ask if I wanted my nails re-done. I had already had another person fix them at that point, so I said in two weeks I will come back.

This is what a $65 fill gets you, not sure why it was that much when all I got was one color of gel polish and a fill. She did this service in 30 minutes. I had longer coffin shaped nailed before she cut them down and didn’t reshape, each nail is different length and shape. Every nail has acrylic over the cuticle. Acrylic is bulky and misshaped. In the sun you can see the color is patchy. I didn’t come here for six months for this very reason. My regular nail tech was out of state so I came back just to get a fill while I wait for her. Waste of money! A manicure lasts longer than the service

Ummmmm I cried the second I left this stupid place .... My nails are so ugly!!! Uneven, crooked every flaw you can think of those are my nails ..... it's my fault for not going to my regular nail girl I just needed to get them done and looking at the Instagram I was like damnnnn let's go here , yeah big mistake my nail girl doesn't charge me as much as this place did she works at Diamond nails her name is Katie the best girl ever has never charged me what this place did and I have gotten way longer nails with her and I got charged $130 for a simple gold ombré that I did not get

Soooo I've been going to Nailed and Lashed a few years now, specifically the Fort Apache location prior to it closing. I then started going to the Sahara location, saw one tech and he was pretty decent . I liked his shaping. No complaints
I'm into coffin, stiletto shaped nails w bedazzling jewels, sparkling I mean the WHOLE NINE!!! Now when I tell you LEE is the truth, SHE IS!!! She's been doing my nails for the past year now. I like that Lee's fast, efficient, neat & DOES NOT disappoint . She ALWAYS delivers whatever style/picture I show her. She's strides to meet
