Have had a few different things done here and have been highly impressed with all. Had a skin consultation done with the amazing Chris and I was blown away by her knowledge and understanding of skincare. I have also seen Melanie for injections and when I tell you I have never felt more comfortable and confident about someone giving me Botox, I mean it. I can’t wait to see how I look and feel after visiting these amazing ladies more frequently!

I was diagnosed with COVID three days before my appointment and hospitalized for two weeks following. I missed my appointment and was charged $100.00. No help has been provided even though I provided proof of positive COVID test and hospitalization. This company was very unprofessional in these very trying times and I will not suggest anyone use such a unprofessional and un-compassionate team. None of us need this while we are losing people left and right.

I had my first Hydrafacial with Chris at Houston Central a couple of weeks ago. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I left with my skin feeling great and have continued to use a couple products and changes she recommended for my skin care routine and I am so pleased with how my face has responded! Bri and her staff are exceptional in everyway. This is definitely the place to go for your skincare needs.

I have been seeing Bri and Chris since 2018, and they are the best at what they do! I have had multiple treatments, ranging from Dysport/filler, skin pen, hydrafacial, etc. I have never been disappointed. I am savvy in this industry, being that I’m an esthetician, and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my face! The office is clean, procedures are on time and the advice I have been given is always balanced and in my best interest long term.

I've been coming here for two years now and highly recommend BCRN for all your aesthetic needs!! I see Chris for SkinPen and facials, and I see Bri for IPL, NT, and any other new things they've got! Bri and Chris are always a pleasure to see! They're friendly, funny, and are SO knowledgeable. If you want to maintain a "natural" look definitely come here! The staff is always awesome as well and both locations are easy to find. Scheduling appointments is easy and online. Also, they were super safe during COVID.

This weekend I did lip filler for the first time after thinking about it for years and I am so happy I discovered BCRN and finally did it. Nathaly was my NP and she was amazing-she is very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I don't like needles at all but she made the experience even better than I could have hoped. I am only on day 2 but she did such a good job and I am so happy with how they turned out! I 100% recommend BCRN and Nathaly!

Melanie is amazing! I have never had botox and was referred to her by 2 of my friends. She explains everything in great length during the consultation and she KNOWS HER STUFF! Everything is clean, sterile, and in perfect condition. I LOVE the way my face looks and will be back to see Melanie for all of my skincare needs. Highly recommend BCRN!

Went to see Chris for my SkinPen about a week ago. I cant thank this team of ladies enough for the well thought out way to welcome patients amidst the COVID-19 challenges! I felt so safe and as usual, welcomed and relaxed during my visit. I've seen Chris, Lauren, spoken to a handful of their front desk team and LOVE THEM ALL! I have another appointment in a few weeks with Bri for a little neurotoxin tune-up and cant wait!!

I cannot day enough good things about this place!! I first came here following my girl Melanie (who I will never ever leave I've followed her for 8 years now) and I was happy to see her new spot was so amazing. First off; SEE MELANIE she is the absolute best. She explains everything and covers any questions you may have, and makes suggestions that (for me) have always been perfect. She's the BEST. Second: the front desk staff is great. Jordan is so nice and helpful, online appts are a breeze but if you have to call she is a sweetie and takes care of any booking issues you may have. Third

Lauren is an angel! I had never had any previous work done and she made me so comfortable and talked me through the entire process. Usually when you book an appointment at a medical spa they want you there a bit early to fill out paperwork or not hold up other appointments. I would not recommend making the first appointment. If it's at 9am they literally won't open the doors until 9am and make you wait outside the door like it's a super market.
