Do yourself a favor. Save yourself a headache and do not live at any HnD properties. Completely unprofessional - and rude. I have a recording from the owner BILL who tells me if I’m not happy ( they flooded my floors ) their fault. Then I can go live somewhere else instead of just fixing the problem they created. I JUST moved in. Literally 3 days.… New build. And they made a mistake and refuse to fix it even though I’m under a year warranty.

Dangerous, low-quality, never responds to emails, never fixes anything and just downright a terrible company. Have lived in my townhome for 10 months and am paying an HOA for nothing in return. There are live exposed wires outside my house, trash everywhere, dead trees in ditches, and crumbling sidewalks. An absolute nightmare.

Do not rent from these people! Do not buy from these people! Do not do anything with these people! They hook, line, and then SINK you whenever an issue comes up. I rented from these people, and let me tell you, I have never felt more unappreciated for my business. Multiple neighbors have had problems with their BRAND NEW UNITS, and HND refuses/refused to fix the problems. Once you have signed a lease, you are supposed to pay for anything that breaks - even if it isn t your fault. And let me tell you, they will make it your fault regardless of what happened. I am begging you, find somewhere else
