Put our house up for sale with them..Jenna. She would show the house without notice! After the first showing they left all the doors unlocked and a white powder on the counter. After trying to figure out who was in our house I called her and she said yes they were in there. It took her two days to figure out if they had shown it! Came home another time to 2 guys and a lady with a baby on her hip snooping through my personal things. I asked what they where doing and they said home inspection at 1:30. Well no one told me and my personal things aren't part of the house for you to look at! Completely

We recently were house hunting and had our two and four year old with us, we went to look at a house they had up for sale and it was a joke! There was broken glass all over the floor and had an open red needle box full of used syringes. When our realtor contacted them about it, they said it was not their problem.

We bought a house and our builder ended up using them as their realtor.
WHAT A JOKE! Our realtor would call and e-mail them and it would take weeks to get back to us! We scheduled an appointment to come in and pick out our floor plan, colors, countertops, cabinets, etc. The appointment was at 1PM. The realtor (Kassie) had double booked appointments. We had some questions about the contract and she was shocked that we would even question anything. She was bouncing between us and another couple buying a home. Our own realtor was shocked over how things were handled. We ended up spending 4 hours
