Design build (pronounced as design/build, design-build, or abbreviated as D-B) is a development project delivery system in which both the construction phase and the design phase are contracted by a single entity known as the design build contractor or the design builder. This system is used in place of the more traditional approach of design-bid-build.
One of our experienced design consultants will meet with you via teleconference or in-person meeting to better understand and identify your goals as they relate specifically to your project idea and site conditions. During a follow-up meeting at our office/design center, the budget and preliminary design concepts will be discussed.
Within the development company are divisions in construction which carry out the vertical portion of project development. These three divisions can be categorized as residential (homes), commercial (retail, office) and industrial (warehouse, shop space).
Once the planning stages are completed and our architectural & engineering department have finalized the set of plans, the project is taken to one of the three divisions for construction and ultimately completion.We have superintendents on staff which oversee the entire construction process. The residential division builds quality "stick-built" homes in the form of single family homes, twin homes, town homes, and condos.
