I had full faith in Frontier Reality to take over management on my property when I was issued orders to move in Oct, 2018. I was so wrong. Incorrect disbursements, no communication (don’t even expect someone to answer the phone), no documentation of expenses ever given to you or uploaded in your portal as they’re required unless you ask and then they’ll just email them, no tenant communication for late payments unless you ask. Crickets. They also use Dan Porter as a handy man who charges $81 to replace a standard doorknob, apparently that’s his hourly rate, pretty sure they’re just padding

We are on our second lease on the same property through ERA, and trust me when I say my fiancée and I have found ourselves in a spat of bad times with COVID, they have remained understanding, compassionate and have held nothing short of a professional attitude throughout the entire ordeal.
I don’t think if we were renting from any other business during this pandemic that we would be living in the same home today, which would destroy us, as we absolutely love the home we have through them.
We were shown every unit we asked for before choosing this location near ARP, every single one was cared

Worst company ever renting with, they don’t return calls and are unprofessional. Even though the house was left in better condition then walking into it, moved out and followed their rules on doing so. 30 days later they say I submitted notice 2 days shy (even though I followed their rules) and refuse to return deposits. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I work as a Case Manager for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. As a Case Manager we are responsible for helping to find housing that’s safe and affordable. Working with Brittany Duggan at Era Frontier Reality was absolutely amazing. Not only did she get us in right away, she also showed us a large selection of houses that was within the very limited budget. She was friendly, professional and helpful when filling out the Cheyenne Housing Paperwork. Due to this exceptional employee, I will be using ERA Frontier Reality for all future housing needs.
