Military beware. She is all about getting your money and will leave you high and dry for maintenance needs. You have to call her multiple times to get services completed. She will rob you of your chance to do a walk through just so she can under pay you back on the deposit. Horrible customer service and no respect for servicemembers. She knows it’s guaranteed money and will get you in there to sign a longer lease and forget about you. Put a horrible taste in my mouth. Stay away! Because of her, I refuse to rent again! Wow!

I had a very bad experience.
We signed a lease on a rental on a Friday night late after work.
Because it was late she promised to get us a copy on Monday.
Instead she called us on Sunday night and changed the terms, demanding more money and no dog allowed on the property. Because it was so late, it was impossible to get a new leas with a dog on such short notice.
My family was left homeless and she didn't care for anything but her money.
