A few weeks ago, I was having trouble with a laptop computer. These guys diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix. That amount was not in itself excessive, but I decided not to do it because of the age of the computer. They helped me get some data off the machine for a very reasonable cost. I'll absolutely go back if I have other problems in the future.

When I say I wish I could leave zero stars, I mean it completely. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Took everything for me not to confront you guys face to face about how worthless excuse of an establishment you are. Its safe to say I won’t be stepping foot in that garbage ever again and I’ll be sure to tell the people in the community to spend there hard earned money somewhere else! By the grace of God and being raised right is the only reason you aren’t answering to me in person. Remember that.

I have an old computer. I didn't know I should not have tried to upgrade to new operating system. The young person told me what the problem was and I brought my computer in because they said they could fix it. They called the next day and insisted they need $200 more to fix it. I happened to have dinner with a friend who told me to just push "command" "r" and follow the prompts to reboot the old operating system. I did that and fixed my computer within 5 minutes. Do the math. Either these guys are "slick" or I was a fool to give them the $100.

I came in looking to buy a new lenovo computer (10 months ago) for my business in Bonita. I purchased a software plan for this computer, and it was so worth it. With everything I do for my business, I tend to get viruses. They taught me how to fix many issues myself (for free!) and have saved me thousands of dollars on all of my machines. Would not use this computer repair shop. Took my HP Laptop in for service. Charged me $100.00.
Sent email saying would cost another $200.00 to fix computer.
Came back home and spoke to a neighbor who fixed my computer in about 30 min.
I spent $100.00 for them to keep my computer for one day.
Felt they should have offered to return some of my $100.00

My trusty home computer decided to die. I knew it was on the edge of it's life. So I purchased a backup drive and tried to backup all my files. I somewhat succeed in this endeavor. So the dreadful day arrived and I was computer less. Not having an I pad only my I phone. I searched for a replacement computer. I had bookmarked a few computers I wanted and went to Amazon to purchase. I was able to get a computer delivered in two days.
Now Naples Computers come into play. I took my old computer and my new computer in to have things straitened out. First off the minimum charge is $100

I have been using Naples Computers for all of my computer purchases, repairs, upgrades and also my business websites for 21 years. I think the world of Greg and his staff and could not imagine using anyone else. I have never had a computer issue that they were not able to solve very quickly. I consider Naples Computers as one of the main reasons my businesses have been so successful over the years. They are second to none.

Buyers, particularly non full time Floridians, beware! We purchased a computer battery in the spring, and it failed within the first month. Our local computer guy confirmed that the battery is of poor quality and that we overpaid. My husband made at least three phone calls to Naples Computers and was told each time that he would have to speak to the manager who wasn't in the building. The manager never returned any of the calls. What a waste of money!

We recently had difficulty with our computer. We had to replace it with a new one. We were concerned how we would get the data transferred without losing any.I brought it in to Steve at Naplescomputers who assured me that it could be done. The data transfer worked perfectly but it had to be reconnected to the network. This was near impossible because my previous IT person lost the user and password . Nevertheless Joe was able to retrieve the user and password and reconnect it to the network. I highly recommend Naplescomputers and I have permanently hired them as as our new IT service.

We are now Mac users, but this week, my husband had to pull out our Windows laptop for a specific use...and not a single admin password worked. Not an earthshaking issue for sure but he needed that computer ASAP with some specific windows software added. Enter Naples Computers - they were very confident on the phone and invited us to stop in the same afternoon. No need to leave the computer - passwords were unlocked promptly for a half hour's labor charge. Efficient, friendly, and effective - we would recommend them in a heartbeat!
