Survival PC made a horrible situation go away. my computer was hacked and I was not able to access anything. They came, picked up my computer, fixed it within 2 days, and returned it. They explained how they would repair the computer and the cost beforehand. It is rare to find a company that does not try and push the extras on you and this is one. I strongly recommend Survival PC!

Adrian knows his stuff! My husband and I aren't super techy, we know basics but when our desktop computer was on death row Adrian was incredibly helpful getting us all set up with a new computer. He asked what our needs were for a computer and after we told him he knew exactly which computer would fit our needs bc we run our business on it. That was 2 years ago and since then he's helped run a few diagnostic tests and cleaned up the computer to keep it running optimally, all the while we live in MN and he's located in FL! Everything fixed .I was out of Business and Adrian got me up fast and continued to repair files while we continued to use the neccesary business functions.Old computer was slow , so Adrian monitored the corrections and virus problems even after we closed for the day.We are taking his advise and are going to have this Monitored periodically.. This is the third time that they have worked on my systems over the past few years on different issues and equiptment. Finally took the time to write a revue. 5stars out of 5 (couldnt have been better) Past repairss were also excellent.
