Before your actual pickup, you have a one hour free cancellation (excludes rides over 30 miles that have a 24-hour cancellation policy). You will have a free waiting time for all domestic flights up to 30 minutes and for international flights up to 60 minutes. From address, waiting time is 15 minutes.

12/17 Flight was scheduled to arrive at gate 11:15pm. Received a text in flight from driver at 37,000 ft at 10:45pm and re-informed him via text of the 11:15pm gate arrival. Booking instructions indicated pick-up 30 minutes after arrival as we had a checked bag.
Flight did arrive at gate at 11:15pm. They offer 30 minutes included wait time but started that at 11:15pm vs 11:45pm. After baggage claim we were all in the Van at 11:56pm - WELL within 30 minutes of requested meet time of 11:45pm. We were dropped off at our hotel at 12:30am and checked in 5 minutes after that.
I was charged $75 extra

Cannot recommend Miami Unique Limo enough!! We used them for our large group two nights in a row, and ended up using them again for a third day after such a great experience. Our driver, Sam, was so kind, professional, and showed up early both nights! So accommodating and the Sprinter vans were nice and clean. Definitely will use them again when I’m back in the area! So easy and wonderful to work with.

Paid for service in advance. Reservation was for 9:40 pm. We called multiple times when driver was not at baggage claim as per the instructions. Dispatcher was not able to resolve the issue or provide clear guidance on where the driver was or what the problem was. Dispatcher kept saying the driver is at the airport and will call you. After over an hour late, we were told that the driver had the wrong phone number and had picked up another fare with similar first name as the one on my reservation. We had a ride from Miami driving us all the way to Islamorada late at night. The driver was polite and friendly, and the car was new and clean. That being said, the ride was very uncomfortable for both me and my travel companion because of how obviously and dangerously tired the driver was. We had to stop early in the ride for him to buy an energy drink. When we were five minutes from our destination he fully FELL ASLEEP and began to drive off of the highway, we had tires in the dirt going at least 55 MPH. I was sitting behind him and had to yell his name multiple times and slap his arm very hard

My family and I recently traveled to Miami for a week and then to Key West for a second week. We had to be picked up at the Fort Lauderdale airport and then driven to our hotel. Then we were picked up at the hotel a week later and driven 3.5 hours to Key West. On January 1 2021, we had to be picked up and driven 3.5 hours back to the Miami airport to fly home. There were lots of details about this trip but they executed the plan perfectly. They were on time for each pick up and were professional and courteous. Please save yourself tremendous headaches and do not book with this company. Not only did my driver not show up to pick me up at Miami International Airport, but the company also chose not to let me know that he/she would not be arriving at all. When I called to inquire, they advised that the driver's truck broke down on the highway. When asked about alternatives, they promised a call back in 5 minutes. That didn't happen. The next day when I called to ask about my refund for the pre-paid charge, they tried to tell me it was a technical glitch, and the driver thought the pickup

DO NOT USE!!!!! They will not cancel your transportation and charge your card even though you cancelled weeks before you leave! I had to cancel bc no one would call me back or respond to emails.
