I have never worked with anyone so passionate to help their clients. To say I hit a huge hiccup in my refinancing process is an understatement. However, Jarrett Hodson and Rachel Campbell never gave up!!! They made it happen when I had little hope. Tara Florence has to be the best home loan officer in Charleston. As a first time home buyer that works full time (teaching our youth) and goes to graduate school full time I thought buying a home would put me over the edge. Tara was the loan officer who helped us purchase our new home just 19 months ago, shortly after we moved here from out of state.
