I can't say enough good things about Western Site Services. After being frustrated for MONTHS by the lack of customer service at United Site Services, I started looking for another vendor and discovered Western Site Services. They have been amazing since my first phone call. Customer service A+ . They deliver clean units when they say they will, they service them on time and are so easy to deal with. So glad we made the switch.

Made contact with Alicia in the office two months ago to set up a regular service to pump my tanks at the construction trailer in Los Gatos. Gave the address, negotiated a price, got an email confirmation requesting we call when our tanks were full.
