Did the fence 3 years for one side of my fence and try to work on the rest of the fence and now they said they don’t work on it because it’s too far? So only doing fence in Newark only? Didn’t even bother to listen and when try to ask for pricing all they said, “we don’t do your city” and hang up. Very professional.

Rojelio and his crew installed an 80' board on board fence for me yesterday and did a fantastic job. The quality of the materials was excellent as was the workmanship. Everyone was very polite, respectful of the plants in the area, and left the area cleaner than when they started. Newark Fence offered the lowest of three bids and although all bids were within a few dollars of each other, I picked Newark Fence because they did a great job with another section of fence that was replaced a year ago. We wanted to contribute to the success of the businesses in Newark so we called Newark Fence for a quote. Rich who answered the phone was great. He efficiently scheduled for the onsite quote. Deepak showed up as scheduled and gave me some great ideas about my options. He left and promised that he would email me a quote on the following Tuesday. He didn't. I called two weeks later. Again he promised to email me the quote and he never did. It has been a month now.
If Deepak is too busy, all we need is a call to let us know that his crew's schedule is tight. A follow up call is all we need

So far so good. It's been almost 6 months and all is well. Have no issue with the fences that they install for me though I wished they have made sure the surrounding where they dug to put in the corner stakes were done better so it doesn't leave gaps here and there, such as partial cement but wasn't even out.

I was initially worried that they were chosen for the contract cause we didn't know much about them and yelp reviews were spotty. But they did a great job! The boards were pretty much perfect! They were careful leveling each board every few and made sure they were very straight at top. Although they were short 2 posts, they got the issue resolved ASAP. Mike dropped them off at our place within the hour. They know what they are doing and we watched them like hawks. They didn't mind though! The guys sent by Mike were very nice and capable. Mike, the estimator, and Sammy the owner were great to work with. They have me a quote for a deck demo and rebuild. They listened to my vision and took it a step further. Initially the deck job was pushed out about 5 weeks, then I got an email from Mike saying they could start within a couple of days. I accepted and was blown away by the speed of demo and build-back of the deck which was done on a Saturday. When I saw the deck, I was very pleased. We had Newark Fence come out and replace our 30yr old fences that had blown down. Price was reasonable and they came out quickly to do it, even braving some of the storms to get it done. Once it was up, we were pretty happy with the results, the fence looks nice and was to our expectations.
Fast forward about 6 months, we have started to see the downsides of their fast work and what appeared to be poor quality due to lack of oversight and supervision the day of the install.

Huge Mistake hiring this contractor! The fence breaks down ALL the time and neither the manager 'Mike' nor their only technician 'Santiago' take any responsibility for it simply stating they can't figure it out.

They did a great job. Mike came to do the estimate and was not pushy at all. We had a 42 foot wooden fence. They were a little late for the estimate and on the day of the work but when they arrived they took care of business. I did most of my communication with Mike via emails. He offered better deals if you get more work done.
They were also flexible on scheduling since it rained on the original date we requested. We had 2 guys who took about 6 hours to demo our existing fence and replace it with a new one and a new gate. His warranty was for 2 years for parts and labor. I got the extended warranty

Newark Fence did a great job building a couple fences for our home. The owner, Sammy, is a true professional and businessman with integrity who honestly cares that his customers are happy. I am a very visual and detail oriented person that can sometimes be a little difficult to work with. I had a couple issues with the fence, that perhaps other people may have never noticed, and Sammy came over (more than once) to make sure I was happy. Very up front and honest about the entire process from start to finish. Gladly measured and bid the job in several configurations so that we might choose the best options for the price. Many truckloads of old materials were removed and the work area thoroughly cleaned up after construction as part of base bid - no extra disposal or other hidden charges. Practically insisted we visit the showroom/warehouse before they started work to insure we saw, in advance, exactly what materials were to be used and what we were getting for our $$. Willingly provided separate invoices for contributing neighbors
