Surgeons I have witnessed Dr Kalsow is the absolute BEST. Due to the honor of having met him years ago and witnessing his work I decided when I left the plastic surgery industry to forever choose him as my surgeon. Almost 2 years ago Dr Kalsow has performed my blephoraplasty which I am absolutely ecstatic with the results as they were very effective but no signs of surgery were shown except looking much less tired and years younger. Lipo 360 + BBL——-Gave me some hips( happy about that) BBL not much difference there. Lower back and side still bulgy. Charged me an extra 500 to take a little bulge of fat on my right lower thigh and he did not even touched it. Paid him 9,000. Spent over 2,800 on post op massages and even tried the cold sculpting on the right thigh(another $300)

I am a 48 year old woman. I had a breast reduction with a lift, arm lift and lipo 360. My experience from start to finish was 5 stars all the way. I absolutely love how everything looks so far and it’s only 6 weeks. I can not wait to see the final results! I CAN NOT WAIT!

I had the best experience EVER with Dreams Plastic Surgery. The coordinators Sophia & Natasha actually both worked with me during EVERYTHING from start to finish. They answered all of my questions questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing or even if it was something that didn’t make sense they still tried their best to inform me. I love them so much for making my journey a stress free one. I grappled on if I should write a review, for a couple of days. And decided, that I have to get this off of my chest. I had lipo done by Dr Kalsow, in September, and even though I am pleased with my results, I am disappointed, that after my surgery, and a consultation for breast augmentation, he didn't even remember me. Mask or no mask, shouldn't you remember a patient, that you did lipo on, and had a consultation with, just weeks apart from each other? 🤷🏾♀️ He walked in, and actually introduced himself. He said,...'Nice to meet you". Not, how have you been, or are you healing well

Dr. K’s work is good but his patient coordinators aren’t the best and really bring business down. To be specific Natasha Lubrano my coordinator hasn’t followed up with me it’s been weeks since my surgery . After surgery I was promised a phone call with more post op instructions and a follow up appointment with Dr. K…… well I didn’t happen. Seems like they’re only interested in getting your money and after surgery they could care less. I was better off going to a doctor with a surgery house. TIP: Don’t go where you’ll pay thousands for surgery and not get aftercare.

My experience with Dr. Kalsow was everything I anticipated. He came highly recommended and lived up to all my expectations. After a nightmare breast reduction I experienced a year ago and suffering silently in my own body from that trauma he saved me physically and mentally. My reconstructive breast augmentation with lift and implants Dr. Kalsow performed on 6/9/21, I am literally a week post op and I have not had the need to take any pain meds. A day after surgery while changing my dressing I was able to see how my stitches were beautifully done, I am in awe with his work. Pleased is an understatement

Amazing staff and practice from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor! Upon first meeting dr Kalsow in person he was very transparent and has such a wonderful vibe. I new I would choose him as my surgeon. Sophia is so funny and caring I love her. Julia is absolutely amazing! if I had to return back for anything more i would definitely come here hands down. My breast aug is only 5 days post op. But I’m already feeling good and look great! I told alllll my friends and I’d scream from the rooftops, look no further just come here for all your surgery needs :).

Dr. Kalsow perform my Tummy Tuck and Lipo. I can say through the whole process from the consultation to after my surgery him and his staff made me feel like family. I had my BBL 360 on 2/4/21 with Dr. Kalswo and omg my BBL surgery results are exactly what I wanted. Dr. Kalswo himself and all of his staff were so attentive and caring every step of the way. All my questions were answered, they made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. I felt very safe and comfortable through the entire process. I have to admit that dr Kalasow has xtremly good eye for beauty and balance . As an artist myself I can recognize and appreciate another artist . I visited his office with intention to do some filler and maybe gold threads . He looked at me and said : " u don't need it , u need lips " . I was little suprised as I was convinced that my lips are pretty good ( one side was tiny bit lower after some enhancement done years ago but size was fine ) . I was little concerned as I didn't want to look like a duck , but he seemed so confident that lip filler is something what I needed

5'1/5'2 I came for a breast augmentation. I clearly explained to the doctor I was an athlete and worked with children. I didn't want to go too big. At first we tried on 200/250 cc and he suggested I try on 300/350 cc. He talked me into the larger saying women always complain they wish they went larger. I asked clearly if this would make me a C (my desire breast size) He said yes. He Never used a computer program to see the size in my body. Never explained or showed me the difference between the high , medium and low profile.

What a dr! I came to Dr. Sergei Kalsow for the first time in June of 2019. He performed my breast augmentation as well as lip enhancement. I had an incredible experience. Dr. Sergei is awesome. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered. He is super friendly and approachable, while still being professional. I went to him for filler and absolutely loved the results. He knew exactly how much to put and when I asked about other treatments was very honest about how they wouldn't suit my face where other doctors just try to make a sale! When I first met Dr. Kalsow 3 months ago for consultation, I trusted him completely and scheduled my surgery date. Not only Dr. Kalsow is an excellent surgeon, he also has excellent communication skills which is very important to me. He always answers emails, and texts which gives you a piece of mind. Undoubtedly, Dr. Kalsow has a vision of final results and phenomenal techniques which are fundamental in plastic surgery. Being a healthcare provider myself, I was very picky and made a deep research before selecting a doctor for this procedure and I'm so glad I choose Dr. Kalsow.

I wanted to get it in Russia but nobody wanted to make it for me because I have " difficult case", my lips are very tight... but doctor Kalsow did it for me and my lips look so naturally beautiful!
The next thing I would do with him is a Brazilian butt lift
