During most of those years she worked with the group home where my son a Down's syndrome man - was a resident. There were, along with my son, five other young men with various disabilities. She supervised their care and oversaw the staff who provided their care 24/7 in the group home. The parents and guardians of these young men felt very fortunate to have such a caring and competent person in charge.
