A new friend! After 3 consultations from 3 different doctors, I stumbled across Dr. Carpin. The minute I left the office I called my husband crying! I said “I AM SO IN LOVE with this Doctor! I have never felt more at home or as if I’m in the presence of a good friend.” He said book it! I’m so glad I did. After 12 years of living with umbilical hernias, torn stomach muscles, and constant pain I’m a new woman.
I can call and text with any questions and Dr. Carpin is quick to respond and answers even the most awkward questions. I’ll have to come up with new things I need to have done

I am reporting this incident to:
1) Alert the staff that I need a refund of my $6,425 payment because I have not heard back since my first request on July 6, 2021 and
2) Report Dr Carpin's erratic and abusive behavior.
On the morning of July 2, 2021 I was scheduled for breast augmentation surgery with Dr Carpin. After meeting with all other necessary members of the surgery team and getting prepped for surgery, Dr Carpin came to talk with me and my daughter, Katie, about the procedure. We had a few final questions about the placement of the implant being below or above the muscle. These questions

I am a 66-year-old woman who had four children. I wanted and needed an Abdominal plasty due to extra skin from gaining weight and losing weight. Dr. Carpin is kind and thoughtful. I felt comfortable with her and her staff right away. She has stayed with me through several follow up visits to ensure that everything is still progressing and that I am happy. And I am very happy.

Dr. Carpin and her staff were so wonderful. This was the best experience I have ever had out of all my plastic surgeries. I have had 3 reconstructions due to breast cancer before this time. She did an amazing job and was very thorough in explaining the entire process. When I went for my preop appointment and surgery at the hospital, the staff complimented her as a person. I found that very reassuring. I have never had a hospital personal comment on a single doctor. I would recommend her to anyone and she gained a patient for life!

I had such a great first time experience at aqua. The receptionist was sweet and welcoming. I came to visit Angelica Jackson from Corpus Christi. I was a previous patient of hers when she worked down there. She has such wonderful bedside manner and explains everything step by step as she went through the procedure . She has passion for her craft and it shows! I love my results!

Dr. Carpin is such a wonderful doctor and advisor. Being my own worst critic, I was discussing lipo and a tummy tuck. She educated me on the purpose of the tummy tuck and, as it turns out, that is not what I needed. She could have nodded and said yes to everything I was expressing interest in, but she is too committed to providing quality care to her patients, and will honestly tell you what would benefit you and what won't. I trust her completely and am so pleased with the results I am seeing from the work we ultimately completed.

I am in love with this place! The inside is not only an aesthetically pleasing beautiful office, but the ladies who work there are nothing short of amazing. Angelica is so incredibly welcoming and she makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever! She not only does the best work, but she also guides you through what she’s doing and what would be best for you. If I could give 10 stars I would!
