Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

None of the staff were wearing masks. My wife is chronically ill and vulnerable to infections, so I ate the cost of my groupon and left without the massage I paid for. Frustrated that a healthcare business would put politics over people this way.
Edit: I now see some responses from the office which say "we do not see you as a patient in our system." That might be because their system "loses" patients and appointments. When I went in today, they couldn't find mine and had to re-enter it.

Definitely not coming back, NO ONE in the office ( DOCTOR, front desk, coworker and masseuse) was wearing a mask and it’s sad that health care professional are not taking the preventions to stop a global pandemic. When I ask the front desk lady if they are not required to wear a protective mask she responded that it’s up to personal discretion . I was shocked!!! I really didn’t feel comfortable and canceled the appointment and left . This is why we have been in this mess for a whole year now for people/places like this that can’t follow preventative safety requirements.

Be warned, staff and Dr did not wear a face mask to protect my loved one from the virus, when asked, they stated, it was their right not wear one. I'm sorry, it has nothing to do with rights but an obligation to mitigate this virus best as we can. Health care professionals especially are to uphold this and be the example to all. Such a shame this group does not believe in prevention and mitigation practices when it comes to COVID-19. We will not be going back.

I have been going to chiropractic Care for about 25 years, and tried many different chiropractors since moving to San Antonio 3 1/2 years ago. So glad I found Dr. Schulze overoa year ago. He knows what he's doing, and his confidence gave me hope that I had found the right one here. A year later and I'm doing so much better. Friendly staff and great massage therapists. You can't be impatient because sometimes the visits take an hour, which they do explain to you on first visit.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Randall Schulze On and off since 1993, and I appreciate that due to his expertise he’s kept me off the surgical table all this time. The Neurosurgeon’s only give me 50% success but those odds aren’t good. Thanks to Dr. Schulze I’m still able to work and live a good quality life.
He’s a good hearted person, always looking for innovative ways to help his patients feel better. He’s a certified Nutritionist and one of few Chiropractors that have hospital Privileges. Thank you Dr. Schulze.

I have used a number of chiropractors over many years. Schulze is the most caring, helpful one I've had. He knows I prefer natural treatment whenever possible and has suggestions when I ask. I had a issue that took several treatments for a short while then I was able to go back to as needed. The staff too, is caring and easy to get along with. They're easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
