Smyrna Bilingual Academy was established in 2008 by Tamisha Young and Noemi Rosa. Our passion for children inspired us to open a childcare facility that provides creative educational programs for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, as well as after school care and exciting summer camp and enrichment programs for school age children.
We incorporate the Spanish language in every area of our curriculum, providing children with daily opportunities to become fluent in a second language. Smyrna Bilingual Academy follows the Abeka Curriculum in a secure and enriching environment where learning occurs naturally. Positive guidance and encouragement is used to promote creativity and development at each child's own pace.

I can't say enough about this day care. It is like a little family. My daughter attended here for 3 years. The school is open early, stayed opened to support working Moms during Pandemic, includes lunch and snacks in the tuition. They keep you informed of what is going on with your child, and the kids get plenty of outdoor time. The hours are excellent, and there is no additional charge to retrieve your child after 3pm, like most daycare facilities. I will recommend your child attending this safe, fun, family environment.

The director knows all the kids by name and the staff treat the children like family. My son learned a lot and always came home fed and dry. They're communicative and detail-oriented, which made this first-time momma feel safe leaving her baby to go to work. I love the diversity and the bilingualism, and am looking forward to reenrolling my little one when this social distancing mess lets up.

It might be too soon to judge, however, we are so happy to have our daughter there that I felt it was right to give a review. She’s been there for two full weeks and I have seen amazing results, she’s 3 years old, she had never been in daycare before and she loves it. The staff is very friendly, fluent in Spanish and English, dedicated to the children and extremely communicative during the day and at the end of the day. We speak Spanish at home, so I was looking for a place that would ach her English but also keep up with her Spanish and this is the perfect place for that.

We've had our little one enrolled here since she was 6 weeks old and have absolutely loved SBA. The location is perfect, the teachers are amazing, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The amount of care and attention we receive makes us feel genuinely happy to be part of this bilingual family.

This is what I wrote to the center director when I opened up my daughter’s cup! They weren’t even apologetic and I received the worst feedback! Instead of them acknowledging their negligence the owner calls me at night and tells me we are not allowed back......and why would I want to?!? Why would anyone want to bring their child back to this… facility after my experience!?!?
It's very unfortunate and disappointing to know that your facility doesn't put a child's safety first, instead you are more worried about monetary compensations; and that's where you fail as a good daycare

I went to several daycare centers in Smyrna and left crying each time. As a first time mom, taking my little one to daycare was extremely difficult. I'm so blessed and thankful that we selected this daycare. Our daughter has been attending daycare since December 2018 and we couldn't be happier with their care. They are extremely responsive, are always there to accommodate any changes in her schedule and overall you can tell the teachers truly care. The director is also amazing. She is really involved with every family. They are constantly updating you on an AP with their feedings, naps, and diaper

Always take great care of my children. They are very loving to the children. The owners are actually involved with the school, not just a figure. If you ever have a concern, they take care of it right away. My children have gone there since they were each 3 months old. My daughter graduated on & is now in elementary school, my son is now in the 3 year old class. We actually moved 30 minutes away & switched my son's daycare & he simply wasn't being taken care of well or learning as much. So now we're back, & it's well worth the drive! He's back to learning so much (literally) every day in English

My children have been attending this daycare for years. The team is friendly, positive and makes everyday fun. Sometimes I walk in the building and it has been completely redesigned to keep things interesting and exciting for the children. Most importantly they keep an open dialect with parents, understanding that the safety and well-being of your child is your greatest concern.The director is a mom herself and gets to know each family personally.

Love the place!!! Great environment! I noticed one of the review writers gave one star, which isn't accurate. This lovely young lady, had an issue with an employee. She wanted to actually skip out on paying. Which caused a small issue, but she was the only one that still decided to be young minded about it, but that shouldn't have changed her opinion about the daycare. I hope that one review doesn't differ people from checking it out.

Me and my wife have been taking our daughter there for 2 years. It's the best place for a mother or father to leave there child. 1. They teach them Spanish and English. 2.
