Probate is the legal process by which a person's assets are distributed after death. If a person dies with a valid will, the estate is considered testate, and the personal representative (executor) is named to attend to the resolution of the estate. If a person dies without a will (intestate), the Court will appoint a personal representative in accordance with the statute.

Marcia Polgar Zalewski handled a closing for me three years ago. Her inefficiency, disorganization, and unprofessionalism know no bounds. I have asked her repeatedly for documentation regarding an escrow fund for repairs to be made by sellers. I have yet to receive it. Further, I have not received the $9,000 in funds set aside by her in an account allegedly to protect me. Zalewski has not provided any evidence that the escrow funds are still in her account. At this point, I find her lack of transparency and withholding of documents and funds unethical and dishonest. I cannot recommend her with
