What to say about the company that you call when u are in need and they open a conversation with "What" or "Im in a bad mood" and the prices are absurd that you wouldn't get that quote if you did 5 truck repairs then they start calling you names and accusing you that you wont pay. 10/10 Would not recommend this company to anyone to move anything or to help them with anything, i sincerely think its easier to learn new things on Youtube and fix it yourself or find an alternative in the vicinity then contacting this company.

I had a driver get a company car impounded to this location and on Friday Sept. 10th i paid impound fees to cover up to Monday Sept 13th. As of 4 pm central time they have not provided me with a receipt. I have called 4 times since Friday asking for a copy of my receipt for my expense report and they continue to give me excuses after excuses. First I was told a "secretary" would send it because they don't know how to send it out. My husband was transporting a large shipment when he got stuck in 8ft of snow. They towed his 3500 Ram and 40ft trailer out of the snow. It took about 2hrs to get to where my husband was because he was not on a main road. We are very grateful they could help. If you're stuck, they have the equipment to get you out. Very professional company.

Broke down on a county road outside of Elk Mountain. Called and they dispatched a truck right away from Rawlins. Randy, their driver, was prompt in arriving at our location. Quickly got us loaded and strapped down. Hauled us home to Cheyenne and unloaded my pickup exactly where I asked so I could get it in my shop. Very safe driver, polite and professional. Easy to have a conversation with. Great price for the distance. Would recommend them and will certainly use them again if I need towed in the future.

I would give Iron J Towing 10 stars if I could. They were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. It was labor day weekend and my family and I were stranded on the highway. My car spit out antifreeze all over the place and we were on a road trip headed home that was just 6hrs away. Iron J came to the rescue. He towed it to his shop and even took the time to look under the hood and see what's wrong. Not only did he fix the problem but he had me and my family on the road in a matter of minutes. After being stranded on I-80 for hours in the middle of the night, Iron J came to our rescue from an hour and a half away (ALL other tow companies in cities nearby were closed or not available). Despite how far we were from Rawlins, Randy jumped in his rig and made it to us in no time! We're not only grateful that they safely towed our truck and travel trailer out of a bad spot, but also can't thank them enough for hooking us up with an awesome repair shop. Service was very quick and professional when our car broke down during a road trip. Staff was friendly, responded as quickly as they could, and went the extra mile for us. We suffered a broken thermostat housing/overheating after normal business hours pretty well out from major repair facilities, and Iron J came right out on time, rapidly picked the car up, and delivered it to a mechanic. I would definitely use their services and recommend them as your go-to.

Iron J was dispatched to my location after I called AAA. I was driving cross-country and my car would not start anymore. I didn't catch the name of the guy who came to help, but he was very helpful and caring. He wasn't sure if it was my battery that was at fault, so he advised me on my different options and guided me to a place that was open on a Sunday to get my problem diagnosed and fixed. I was moving from Missouri to Utah this last month and my car broke down about 35 miles outside of Rawlings. I was panicked and on the verge of a breakdown as it was my first solo move but I called and the wonderful woman who answered was very calm and helpful, she answered all of my questions and gave me an accurate time estimate for when the truck would arrive. They towed my car to the shop and when it could not be repaired, they towed it back to my house. Both guys were courteous and friendly. They took care with my car and treated me with respect which I greatly appreciated. Upon returning my car, Matt had to back it in and with his expertise parked it closer to the curb than I ever could driving it forward! Thanks guys, you are the best.

I had and an excellent and very personalized towing experience with Iron J Towing when the engine in my truck quit abruptly while traveling along I-80 in the Rawlins, Wyoming area. It was a dark and windy evening, and the tow service response was very quick. I would not hesitate to work with Iron J Towing again, and would highly recommend their excellent service to everyone.

My husband was stranded in the acceleration lane in wyoming, exit 146 east bound. His company called iron j towing at 11:15am omaha time. Their response time was 6:15pm omaha time. Not only is this a safety issue that put my husbands life at risk, but it is poor customer relations and an issue that will be taken up with my husbands company president. U might think no big deal but the parent company has over 7,000 trucks on the road. Thats a lot of business to loose.

I don't know what happened to the previous poster but our experience with Iron J was excellent. Colton was there in a short time (after hours on a Sunday night.). He was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Our fee was very reasonable ($75 for a flat tire). We were pleasantly surprised after reading this other review. Don't be afraid to call on them should you find yourself stranded in Rawlins.

Please do not use this company ! I called them to pull my truck out of the mud on a shoulder of the road. After all the reviews I saw online I was pretty sure this a right company to use....They just take advantage of peoples situations and come up with the price whatever they want.
