Thanks M Towing for coming to the rescue. After waiting for almost three hours for help from my roadside assistance it was M towing that saved me. My insurance was unable to find anyone to drive the 4 miles and tow me back to Rawlings at 4:00 pm on a Sunday evening. I had made a few calls myself and one to to M Towing who normally doesn’t do smaller vehicles. But to my surprise an hour later I got a call back from them asking if I was still stranded. When I told them yes I was they made an exception and came and towed my vehicle back to town and dropped me off at the hotel along with my truck

Within 20 minutes the tow truck operator was there. He was very friendly and worked hard to get us off the side of the road very quickly!. I'm a truck driver and my truck was going to the shop. He took it upon himself to drive me to the hotel drop me off. I did not have a wall charger and he made it a point to give me his phone number and if I needed one he was going to bring me one so I can keep my phone charged. Well turns out I didn't have a phone charger. And he went out of his way after getting back home to come out and bring me one. Not only that but according to my boss they are the cheapest

I was broke down an hour west of rawlins, I initially called another tow company but after a little while of waiting I called around and got a hold of James at M towing and he said he could be there in a hour and he was more reasonable with his pricing also, so I called the other company and their guy hadn’t even left yet to come get me witch he was coming from his house an hour east of rawlins so I just told them not to come that I found someone that could get me sooner, I was real impressed with James and his professionalism, his wife was along for the ride and both of them were very nice to
