Denise is AMAZING, I cannot stress it enough. Last March I saw her at the height of my marathon training for IT band pain. She did cupping on my leg and I ran my fastest 1/2 marathon as a training run 3 days later, pain free. I also completed the marathon, pain free.
Last night I went and had cupping done to my back. I did something to my neck and I have been in pain for weeks. One session with Denise and I woke up this morning feeling almost 100% better.
I cannot imagine goin to anyone else for this treatment after being treated by Denise.

I struggle with high anxiety and upper back/neck tension from sitting all day at work. As a first time patient, Denise was extremely informative and took the time to understand the issues I was looking to treat holistically. She offers a guided breathing meditation for patients who really struggle with anxiety, making the experience that much more impactful.

I highly recommend Denise Patnod if you are considering acupuncture. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and proficient at the technical portion of acupuncture, she also has such a warm and caring personality. Denise really takes the time to address individual needs, and I always leave her office with a wonderful feeling of well being. She goes above and beyond, including doing guided meditation after the needles are placed and providing guidance on nutrition and stretching. This has been my first experience with acupuncture, and it has been such a positive one.

I had multiple acupuncture sessions with Denise. She was very informative, friendly, and patient with me. She was also very understanding of my fear of needles and took her time to explain what she was doing and why. Denise and I also did meditation and breathing exercises which was very helpful for me. Every visit ended with a mini-massage which was just the cherry on top! I highly recommend Denise if you are looking to try acupuncture, particularly for first-timers.

She took the time to know everything about me that might be useful for her treatment and decision of which points to place the needles.
