I urgently needed to send a bouquet, I called at 12 noon and asked to deliver flowers on the same day until 6 pm, the girls promised me that my friend received flowers at 5 pm. This company has save my reputation. I was need flowers same day in short time…it is difficult, but the workers responded and were attentive to my problem. I'm soooooo happy. It was a huge help. I highly recommend it, a very responsible company. And the bouquet was beautiful and fresh. Thank you so much.

I ordered a funeral flower arrangement from Flowers Bouquet & More and worked with Nicole who provided amazing customer service and exceeded my expectations.
Nicole is very professional, covered all the details and responded to questions right away. The outcome of the funeral arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The arrangement looked full and fresh and representedthe colors I wanted. Nicole also kindly sent me a pic of the arrangement I ordered. I was very pleased.
I would definitely continue to use Flowers Bouquet & More and will ask for Nicole, given the exceptional service she provided.

Extremely disappointed. I understand with Covid and everything that stores have been struggling. What I don't understand is that when you spend $150 on a bouquet for a funeral that you get what I received. If this shop could not handle my request (Which was simply white lilies, babies breath and greenery. Nothing else) then they should have said so. At the funeral only one flower bloomed fully, and two partially and nothing else. So for $150 I got one flower. I also got carnations, (which had not bloomed either) which I did not ask for and totally do not like them. Do not waste your money. Help
