I went to an urgent care center for eye pain. The doctor felt I needed to see an eye doctor that day and contacted ZEC and they gave me an appointment that day.
The staff and doctor were friendly and professional. The doctor wanted me to get started on eye drops as soon as possible and had the staff call the pharmacy to make sure they could fill the script right away. They also arranged for me to come in the next day for a follow up. They referred me to a specialist and made an appointment for just 3 days later.
I would highly recommend this practice!!!

It is my honor to write a sincere "thank you" to this establishment for the most excellent service. I stopped in at Eagle Eyes (called in that day) 18 years ago and prayed that some Dr. working there would take an emergency case, even though close to closing. The receptionist gave me the honor to notice me and Dr. Garn took his time to exam me. I wanted my eyes to be dilated when he asked, and this was done so kindly.. Both Dr. Garn and Dr. Haines saw a need for emergency surgery and with my approval arranged this miracle surgery with Dr, Poore in the ER. Zionsville Eye Care's caring, professionalism

This place looks like a high end gallery, but Iv gotten better quality and service for that matter at Vision Works and on line Frames Direct! The Dr is weird, but I don’t mind, when I got my glasses tho, which cost a small fortune, they weren’t right, the lenses look thick and didn’t fit right in the frames, sticking out the front of the frames, when I said something they actually tried to tell me they were what I ordered, uhh NO I asked for thin lenses, best anti glare, scratch guard,polished edges, for the price they charge me with a “discount” these lenses should be perfect in my over

I just had my first experience at an eye doctor. I have never worn glasses before and was very nervous about the exam and the possible outcome. Chelsea was my technician and she was awesome! Doctor Julie Blank put my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable and personable. Then I met Anthony who helped me with my frame selection. He was absolutely amazing! He was sensitive with this new step for me and very encouraging about how I would “kill it” in my fun frames! Thank you Chelsea, Dr. Blank and Anthony! You all turned a potentially nerve racking experience into a fun adventure!

I got a piece of metal/rust stuck in my eye. I called Zionsville Eye care and they got me in within an hour. Matthew Clark was my doctor. Matthew was fantastic! He was informative and caring. They were on time with my appointment too. The front desk/customer service/scheduling people were really great too.

I had a great visit at Zionsville Eyecare today. Really efficient and thorough. Tyra did a great job with the preliminary testing and Dr Meret was outstanding. She explained things in a way I could understand, showed me images of my retina, took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. She then handed me off to Ed the Optician without any pressure and he did a good job of fitting and measuring me. I highly recommend!

Heather and Anthony were to of the best service reps I’ve seen in a while I love Anthony’s voice it is so soothing It kinda reminds me of a peaceful person. Heather is so funny and she is so awesome to be around! Love you guys you are amazing! Not to mention Dr. Weinberg was truly concerned about what we need and he answered our questions to the best of his ability. He was very helpful with finding out what was best for me. Fantastic service from start to finish. I called to see if I could make a same day appointment and was greeted with a welcoming yes. The receptionist took all my information and was able to look up my eye care program quickly.
I arrived early to pristine offices that required masks. The waiting room was stocked with a wide range of frames so I perused while I waited.

Shout out to Connie and Dr. Clark for being awesome! All my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed through my appointment even though it was a busy day for them. I felt both of them went above and beyond in explaining and giving pep talk when it comes to putting and taking out contacts. I'm so glad I chose to go to Zionsville eye care!
All the staff members were very nice and looked like they had good teamwork and genuinely wanted to give patients a positive experience which I think they excel at.

Warning, ask for an invoice or detailed receipt!!!
I was told they put the order in incorrectly so they did not give me a detailed invoice and I never received one. I ordered and paid for contacts and realized they were not the right fit and now they do not want to give me my money back for something I never received. I just sent a friend to them andI am so sorry I did so.

Been going here for about 10 years now! I'm super thankful for not only the fact that I have awesome glasses from them and wear them everyday, but the amazing service at Zionsville Eyecare. All the doctors and assistants are super friendly and caring. Other staff has helped me find the best glasses for me that fit my requests and style for several years now. I have loved my glasses so much that I typically only get new ones every few years and I wear them everyday, all day. They do tend to carry many designer luxury brands but with insurance I'd gladly pay extra for something I can&apos

This was my first visit with Dr. Fraser and she was very sweet and personable. I love that I didn't have to take any time off work because they stay open until 6 pm a few days a week.
The office and equipment were both very clean and the woman who ran my initial vision tests was friendly.
I'm very happy that I switched to this set of eye care professionals!

Have been going here for a couple of years now and love the staff. Unfortunately my favorites staff members moves, but zionsville eye Care is still a great place to get an yearly eye exam or even new glasses. They have a wide variety of glass,es, however I gave them a 4 star because there are a bunch of glasses with a steep price tag. Overall I highly recommend this eye care, but would check first to see if they accept your insurance!

Zionsville Eyecare is my go to place for all my families eyecare needs. I love this place and Dr Garn is truly the best when it comes to helping me and my family with our annual exams. He's one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable doctors I've ever dealt with and takes his time to thoroughly explain your exam results. He's one of the main reasons I come back each year.

Customer service by the front desk is ridiculously substandard. Super disappointed since the reviews seemed so good. Beware is all I can say. I scheduled a glasses and contact exam here to establish care. On my way to the appointment, I realized I forgot my checkbook and had to turn around. Knowing this was my fault and the 10 minute delay could cause me to lose my appointment, I called to check in and see if this would be okay. I live 25 minutes away and obviously didn't want to waste a trip in the middle of my work day if my delay would force me to reschedule. I arrive exactly 10 minutes

My husband & I have been a patient here for several years, and highly recommend Dr. Fraser. We moved from Zionsville to Avon, and we still make the 40 min drive b/c we feel like the great care is worth it. I feel like the technology is up-to-date, it's easy to schedule appointments, staff is friendly, and Dr. Fraser is great.

I've been a patient here for many years and highly recommend Dr. Garn and the rest of the staff for always giving me a great experience. I appreciate the investment in technology they make so that we get the best care possible. Being able to compare pictures of my eyes using their imaging gear and seeing the changes over time is really fascinating.

My wife and I have been coming to Zionsville Eyecare for a few years now and highly recommend them. Their doctors are outstanding, their staff is extremely friendly, and they are very efficient during the appointment. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for longer than five minutes, the tests are quick, and even ordering eyeglasses I get a very quick turnaround.
They have great hours and I never have issues with billing/insurance/accuracy of prescription, etc. In fact, prior to coming to them it seemed like I was going back to my old eye doctors once a year or more just to get adjustments

I have seen Dr. Haines, Dr. Garnes and now Dr. Fraser. In one case they referred me to a specialist for a unique situation so their not above referring if needed.
I believe their medical competence is superior and admin staff performs miracles around frustrating preauthorizations and insurance issues. Kudos to Dawn and Molly in this regard.

I've been going to Dr. Haines my entire life. I trust him with my eyes; and that's very important! I didn't know how bad my vision was until he talked me into purchasing glasses for the computer. I always thought the computer screen was a little blurry because it was a computer... that wasn't the case. I put on my new glasses and BOOM! I was not squinting any more. No more squinting equals no more headaches. Lenny did a great job helping me pick out my new frames.
