Poorly organized establishment. Why is it so difficult to get seen by an ophthalmologist in an eye emergency situation? Not everyone wants to sleep off a retinal detachment. The funny thing is, a doctor is always on call in this establishment. Guess what! They will also tell you to your face that you shouldn't go to an ER because evidently "They won't be able to do anything to help you." A licensed medical professional telling you not to go to an ER for an emergency type of situation is an alarming thing.
My advice to anyone who sees this review, is to always listen to your body and if you think

First of all the technician that called me back was very positive by reminding me how blessed I was. I was feeling sad due to my vision change and pain. He shared with me that he had found his purpose in life, which was to love others. This cracked my heart open to remind me of the love that God has for me. So with that I will trust in the Lord to place divine understanding in the mind of My Doctors to come to a conclusion with the cause of inflammation within my eyes. I had a need to see Dr Lloyd, because she has been my physician for many years. She ensured me that all was being done to figure

It's always been a wonderful experience when I go to Abrams. Dr. Betty Jo Lloyd really knows her stuff. I would have lost my eyesight due to diabetes if she hadn't acted quickly and sent me to another specialist for lazer surgery. Ten surgery's and five years later I can see. Dr B. Lloyd keeps a very good watch on my condition and sees me every 6 months. I thank you so much

I hadn't been to an ophthalmologist in many years. Because of recent changes in my health, it was necessary. I was put at ease and procedures were explained and findings were positive. I would recommend Dr. Jones or any of the team. They are very thorough, which is what I needed for my piece of mind.

I love this place! They accept my insurance (which is great) and they are all so nice and helpful! The techs are easy to talk to and they’re fun & friendly. The office staff are attentive and efficient. And while I have seen a couple of the docs there, most recently it was Dr John Abrams that performed my cataract surgeries. It was a such a successful surgery! I still just can’t believe that I was given my sight back! I trust Dr. John Abrams and I’m so appreciative of his talent and ability to give me back the gift of clear vision! What a difference that has made in my quality of life! A

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I checked in and within 5 minutes I was called back for my appointment time. My check up was thorough, especially all the complications I have, and walked out with a new prescription, which I know I needed. It's so nice to visit a doctor's office and not have to wait so long in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Abrams EyeCare Associate for your vision needs.
