We have been coming to Alexander's since we moved here 4 years ago. My husband and I are absolutely pleased with the mechanics and customer service. Eric and the mechanics looked at each car we brought up for a once over before we dropped about 7000.00 on one that finally got the green light and passed they're inspection.

My Fiancé was hired in at $19 dollars an hour, worked 91 PUNCHED in hours in 1.5 weeks, ended up quitting because he found a better job,& they were raising some eyebrows with fraud activity. Get a diagnosis & I was told my car was misfiring & rough idling due to a vacuum leak & needing
A new throttle body.
This repair by itself was over $500 plus tax. I asked them if they could clean my old throttle body before Ordering a new one they told Me there was no way around replacing my throttle Body due to it being poorly damaged so I was confused because my vehicle had less then 100,000 miles on it. I asked to see my damaged throttle

Called Alexander's Diagnostic and advised them my Jeep would start but wouldn't move forward or back. I was told probably axle problem . I got there name out of Consumer report which showed them as the closest certified repair shop to me. They said get it to them and they would verify problem so I had it towed to them. They confirmed axle problem and advised initially cost for repair would be $448 + tax. Matt called me back and said it was a bigger problem then thought and cost would be $1221 + tax . I wasn't happy about big jump in cost but couldn't drive it so told them to go ahead and fix it

Amazing auto repair. High quality people. We were on a cross country move and my splash guard in the front underbody was breaking and starting to drop. They got me in right away and fixed it quickly for no charge (despite me trying to pay repeatedly. If I lived locally this would be my only repair shop as they are very high character people, fast , efficient

They helped us secure our splash guard for free! They were so kind to accept us, as we called over five autoshops in the area who said they were booked. We were on a cross country road trip and just driving through the area. They answered their phone immediately welcomed us within the hour. Highly recommend!

These people will Rip You Off!! My daughter-in Law and son were in from out of town and Had to get get their car fixed to get home....These people took Full Advantage of that!!! I will Never go there and would Not recommend them to my worst enemy!!? Also they refused to give us a Detailed recipe for services!!

Went to have an oil change, and told by another shop I needed a tie rod. This place sends all kinds of flyers with coupons making them look reasonable. Well, they called me and told me I basically need a whole new front end and would be $2700! I said forget it. Just change the oil. I only paid $2000 for the whole car. They then lowered the price to $2000. Said no. Id rather scrap the car for that much. Since they advertise they buy cars the guy asked the owner and offered me $600. Nope. Not with 4 brand new tires, brakes, and a battery. I will sell parts off it myself if I have too 😆.
