The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt comfortable and safe during these Coronavirus times. Staff wore face masks, face shields and outer garment protection. X ray machine, chair and other areas were sanitized after each use and air purifier/circulation in use. Thank you for all of the precautions taken.

So very disappointed and sad with my recent experience at Prehn Dental. I've been a loyal patient since I was a child but apparently they could care less. When I called to question a charge on my bill, I was met with a complete lack of kindness. I was interrupted, talked over, and told multiple times that I was wrong. After 15+ years, I will now be going elsewhere.

Dr. Fred Prehn is an excellent dentist. His office is welcoming from the minute you enter the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Prehn makes sure you have a beautiful and healthy smile. Highly recommend him if you are new to the area or just need to make a switch in your dental health provider.
