Seemed like a nice staff but they literally kept harassing me about an insurance policy with blur cross blue shield when my insurance had already paid for the service. Then told me I had no place to get mad when they wouldn't let me talk to "billing". Prices are a rip off and they try to take extra money after you pay.

This dentist office you can actually relax in, which is priceless. I’ve also had the pleasure of being in the other two Dentists care, all great, gentle and caring Dentists. Thank you for being you!!

I had my first visit to this office about a week ago. The office is gorgeous, totally high tech, and all of the staff and technicians seem very efficient and well trained. What really impressed me, though, was that the dentist didn’t try to push unnecessary services or purchases on me. I use a night guard and I asked the dentist if I needed one made by a dentist, and he told me that as long as the one I had was comfortable and was doing the trick there was no need to get anything else. His honesty and pragmatism are not easy to find and bode well for my future interactions with this office.

Definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist, The front desk receptionist was very friendly when checking me in and having me fill out paperwork. The hygienist was super nice and patient with me since I strongly dislike going to the dentist. The dentist himself was also very nice and was able to explain in detail the steps we would be taking moving forward. The checkout receptionist was also very friendly and the process was super streamlined and easy! I am surprised to say I'm looking forward to coming back and continuing the steps.

I recently had my teeth cleaned at Wausau Smiles and had a lovely experience as always! My hygienist, Katie, is thorough and gentle in her work. I love that we can catch-up every 6 months. Dr. Wells is just the friendliest and most diligent dentist, as well. I can’t forget to mention the amazing administrative team! I got to speak with Jess, Sammy, and Britney at this visit and they brightened my day. It sure makes a difference when people are doing their jobs AND they are friendly! Thanks again, Wausau Smiles!

Very clean and professional dentist office with the latest technology and equipment. I loved the comfy chair and ceiling mounted TV not to mention the floor to ceiling windows! I really appreciated the quick x-Ray results that pop up on the large screen so you can see everything right away. It was kind of terrifying to see everything up close but very helpful nevertheless.
My hygienist was very thorough and personable. She explained everything before she started working on the next area so there were no surprises. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was great too but he did remove
