I had a great experience here at their office. I happened to have a piece of cement fall off of my permanent retainer (placed after my orthodontic treatment) the day before playing basketball. With surprise, they were open and Dr. Schaefer was able to fit me into the schedule on a Friday!
Within an hours notice, and after speaking with the very genuine receptionist, I was able to stop in and have my retainer fixed.
Overall, a very friendly staff and doctor who cared and was able to fix my problem on such short notice!

Stay away from this place, they are completely unprofessional! I made an appointment a long time ago (months ago) to have braces done tomorrow. This afternoon I received a call from them telling me there was a problem with my x-rays. I had my x-rays sent to them months ago, before I even finalized the appointment. Evidently they didn't bother to even check the x-rays until literally the very last day, which means they were surely unprepared despite having had several months time.

Dr. Edwards and Dr. Schaefer or top-notch, approachable, helpful and are using so many wonderful new techniques for my child. Orthodontics is really evolving! Their new offices are gorgeous and filled with natural light. These two women came highly recommended to me by another dentist, and we've not been disappointed. I've also had my own adult teeth evaluated and am considering some approaches for correcting my own bite. My wife went to several orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Laura Edwards. We selected this practice because they offered flexible appointments around my wife's work schedule, offered flexible payment plans, and are professional. After nearly three years of wearing braces, my wife is close to getting them removed. We are happy with the service we received from Dr. Laura Edwards and would recommend her practice to others.

I had taken older children to Dr. Baru, who had owned the practice previously, and was very satisfied with the orthodontic care and customer service that he provided. We continued at this practice while Dr. Baru transitioned into retirement. We are not happy with the care currently being provided by the new owners.
