In the heart of the Burns Park neighborhood in Ann Arbor, walking distance of the University of Michigan central campus, this orthodontic office has been here at the corner of Packard and Woodlawn since 1953. Services
In 1953 Dr. Robert Aldrich founded our orthodontic practice in a house that stood next to our current location. Later, Dr. Daniel Balbach joined the practice, and in 1970 they partnered with several other dental specialists to build our office building. Dr. Clinthorne joined in 1983 as Dr. Aldrich was preparing for retirement, and Dr. Kim joined in 1999 when Dr. Balbach phased into his retirement.
Children and Adolescents: Interceptive treatment to guide the growth of the teeth and jaws to their optimum positions and conventional treatment to alleviate crowding, spacing, and bite problems. Adult Treatment: Orthodontic treatment for adult aesthetic or functional concerns such as crowding, spacing, missing teeth, drifting teeth, or bite problems.
